Flashback

Lucas POV

Hindi ko alam kung anong mararamdaman ko when I opened the results of the DNA test. Dahil 99.99% yung result which means si Josh Cullens at si Joseph Dela Cruz ay iisa.

Pumatak nalang bigla yung luha ko at nag flashback lahat ng nangyari noon.

It was our 1st Anniversary as couples noon. We will celebrate it sa taas ng isang bundok dito sa tagaytay because Josh requested na gusto raw niya mag camping. I told him na sabay na kami magpunta but he refused dahil may aasikasuhin rin daw siya and I took naman the opportunity na hindi kami sabay pupunta para makapag handa pa ako ng surpresa para sa kanya.

We are at senior high school that time, pero bata palang kami mag kasama na kami and unexpectedly na attract ako sakanya, but I am straight, hindi ko alam kung bakit bigla nalang akong may naramdaman na kakaiba sakanya, maybe because He is so kind to everyone down to earth siya kahit na kilalang kilala siya at ang pamilya niya dito sa tagaytay. His Father and Mother is one of the great and biggest business owners here in tagaytay and nationwide even internationally ay kilala sila. Nag iisang anak lang rin si Josh and kumpare ni tito John, his father yung Dad ko na Mayor naman dito sa Tagaytay, We became close friends like our fathers at hindi mo na kami mapaghihiwalay.

As time passed by, I became more and more attracted to him pero hindi ko maamin kasi baka masira ang pagkakaibigan namin at isa pa Josh himself is a very bright and great and all the positive things na pwedeng mag describe ay si Josh yun mabait na anak, mabait at mapagbigay sa kapwa, masayahin, tigasin rin siya pero hindi siya nanankit ng kapwa at higit sa lahat sobrang down to earth, lahat binabati, sabi nga ni Dad nako baka si Josh ang pumalit sakanya bilang Mayor dahil mahal na mahal siya ng mga tao dito.

I confessed to josh when we are at the junior high school graduation ready na ako noon to move on and go to states sakaling i reject niya ako but he said he loves me too but in that moment only as a brother, masakit dahil na kuya zoned ako but I never gave up, I pursue him in the very lowkey way and dahil natural lang naman kay Josh ang pagiging mabait he gave me a chance, tigasin si Josh but he has a vety soft heart and its so warm kaya naman pati puso ko lumambot para sakanya. Don't get me wrong, I have different relationships rin when we are in junior high but I confirmed that I love Josh more than a brotherly love when he tried to hit on someone and when some guys are trying to hit on him too. 

Sino ba naman kasi ang hindi ma iinlove sa mala anghel na muka ni Josh, He has a nice built of bosdy, a pretty face, long curly lashes thick eyebrows, light gray hair, round eyes, kissable and heart shaped lips, pointed nose and more than the physical looks yung puso talaga niya ang kakaiba. I do everything I could para makapasok sa puso ni Josh and nagtagumpay ako, He gave me a chance to be in a relationship with him. 

Both of our parents are not against with the decision we made, they even supported us kasi nga pamilya na talaga kami, everything is ok and perfectly fine, naka one year na kami sa relasyon at masayang masaya kami kasi ang light lang ng realsyon namin, walang kabastusan, walang away puro pagmamahalan lang until the day of our anniversary.

I was waiting for him to came sa meeting place namin, everything is settled. may gitara pa nga akong dala kasi I want to sing him his favorite songs kasi gustong gusto niya na kinakantahan siya lalo sa gabi na hindi siya makatulog.

The weather that day was so fine, the stars are so beautiful pero tumagal ng tumagal at lumalalim ang gabi hindi pa rin dumarating si Josh, I started to feel something pero hindi ko pinansin dahil ayoko mag isip ng negative, inisip ko na baka may surprise lang rin siya sakin that's why he took so much time bago makarating dito but another hour passed at wala parin siya and I already contacted all of our friends and closest relatives if they've seen Josh or kung merong emergency but no one knows where is he.
