"Hey, Steve, wanna hang out?" Eddie asked, leaning on the counter. Steve has been avoiding Eddie for the past few weeks. Why? He's definitely falling in love with the metalhead. He have a gay crisis until Robin pointed out to him that he's bisexual. He did try to flirt, but Eddie is oblivious to it, even though Eddie is often the one who flirts, and that results in Steve thinking Eddie's flirting is just some kind of joke. So it's better to stay away, or he'll fall more deeply.
 
"I'm busy, sorry." The hopeful look from Eddie is gone, which saddens Steve. He doesn't want to refuse, but he has to
 
"How about next week?" Eddie asked with a hopeful smile, again. "Maybe next time," Steve forced a smile, and Eddie reciprocated.

"I should probably go." Steve nods without looking at Eddie; he doesn't want to see those doe eyes; he's too weak for that. With that, Eddie walks away.

"You're not busy." Robin suddenly appeared, and Steve was startled by Robin, who suddenly spoke.

"Are you avoiding Eddie?" Robin asked, eyeing Steve with a focused gaze.
 
"What? No." Steve's trying to avoid Robin's gaze.

"Then why didn't you agree to go out with him?"

"Because I'm busy"

"No, you're not Steve"

Steve released a heavy sigh. "You know why I'm avoiding him."
 
"Why don't you confess then?" Steve gave Robin the are-you-serious look.

"Are you crazy?" Robin shook her head "Nope" She said, popping the word

"Just give it a shot Steve, even if he rejects you he won't avoid you, like how you avoid him right now" Steve feels bad he didn't mean to avoid Eddie 'cause what the hell was he supposed to do?

"How can you be so sure?"

"He literally knows I like girls, he's cool about it" Steve cocked his eyebrow "Wait, he knows?"

"Yes, but that doesn't matter. Either you confess or you avoid him for the whole month or year. I don't care, but if you bottle that all up, it'll get worse, Steve. Trust me, I've been there before. So? Pick your poison." Steve was a bit hesitant, but he decided to come to Eddie's trailer to confess. Or so he thought.

Eddie wasn't oblivious; he knows Steve is avoiding him. He wonders, what the hell did he do? Did the flirting make it obvious? Does Steve know he likes him? Shit, shit. 
 
Eddie's on his way to his trailer with Chrissy. Eddie's trying to sell some Special K to her, and she actually agreed to buy it.
 
Meanwhile, Steve finished his work. He wasn't supposed to be driving at Eddie's trailer, but it's too late; he's already in front of Eddie's trailer.

He saw Eddie getting out of his van—perfect timing. Is this one of the signs that he should confess?

Steve erased that thought when he saw a girl jumping out of Eddie's van. He recognizes the girl; she's one of those famous cheerleaders.

Steve observed them; he chewed on his bottom lips. He wanted to look away, but he couldn't; it was an eye sore. He knows he doesn't have the right to be jealous, but he is, in fact, burning with jealousy right now. Does he want to go out of his car and kiss Eddie in front of the cheerleader? Yes. But he's too cowardly for that, and you know what cowardly people do? Drive away 
 
Eddie heard a car engine. He looked for where the sound came from and saw a car that looked exactly like Steve's car.

"Wait here," Eddie said to Chrissy before running up to the car.

"STEVE? WAIT!" Steve froze. How did he know it was him? Eddie knocked on Steve's window. Steve was hesitating about whether he wanted to talk to Eddie or not, but what the hell should he say?

Before Steve could ramble about what he was going to say, Eddie knocked again, but this time it was louder, causing Steve to roll down the window.
 
Eddie's face lit up; he was very happy to see Steve.

"Hey? What are you doing here?" 

"Oh, uh, I came to talk to you, actually. But you seem busy." Steve eyed Chrissy, and Eddie quickly got what he meant by busy.
 
"What? No, she's, uh, nothing? Just trying to sell her some ketamine." Steve was kind of relieved to hear that, and he got out of the car.
 
"I want to tell you something." Steve lets out a hum, waiting for Eddie to say it.
 
"Well, I," Eddie doesn't know how to say it; he wants to tell Steve what he feels about him and that he loves the man very much. Steve was getting impatient, and he decided to make the first move.

"Eddie?" Eddie looked at Steve with those doe eyes, and Steve couldn't help dn't kiss Eddie. He could tell Eddie was a bit surprised, but he did kiss back. Steve's hand makes its way to Eddie's waist, gently pushing his head to deepen the kiss. He glances sideways just to see Chrissy awkwardly standing there looking at them. He smirks that he didn't take his eyes off Chrissy while kissing the Metalhead. Steve's mocking her out of jealousy. Guess he wasn't a coward after all.

"Is that what you want to say?" Steve spoke after breaking the kiss, and Eddie playfully punched him in the chest.

"That was supposed to be my moment, Harrington."

"I-" Steve's reply was cut off by Chrissy who cleared her throat

"Sorry to interrupt but uhm it's kinda getting late, so maybe you could hand me the thing now, Eddie"

"Oh, I didn't know you were here; I shouldn't have interrupted, my bad." Chrissy was confused by Steve's comment when he clearly saw her when they were making out. Eddie's shaking his head in amusement, and Steve's is still clearly jealous.
 
"I should get going too, Eddie."

"Okay, see you tomorrow, big boy." Eddie placed a kiss on his cheeks. Steve could feel his cheeks heating up. He quickly turned away, hurrying to his car, and drove away.

It's early in the morning, and Robin decided to annoy her friend by asking, "So, did you?"
 
"Did what, Robin?" Robin rolled her eyes. "Don't act stupid, Steve; you know what I mean."

"No, I didn't confess." Robin wants to slap Steve so hard that he can realize Eddie's feelings for him. She can't believe how oblivious Steve was. Eddie's clearly in love with him; it's really obvious, especially every time Eddie looks at Steve like Steve's the only one who matters in this world, no one else.
 
"I did, but Harrington ruined it. Good morning, by the way." Robin was startled by Eddie's sudden appearance, but Robin was more surprised when Steve kissed Eddie on the cheek. I guess it went well.
 
"I didn't know you had a secret crush on me, babe." Robin snorts, "It was more than a crush, trust me." Steve glared at Robin.
 
"You two are together now?" Eddie and Steve nod, smiling at each other.

"And that's a score on You Rule." Robin laughs. She's really relieved that her best friend's finally happy, and of course she's also happy because he won't hear about Steve's complaints anymore.
