Rerun (Young Justice Fanfic)

Episode 4 Drop Zone

(Disclaimer you know the drill but I do own Spitfire, Blaze, Zeta, and Ecron/Flamio)

(Blake's POV) 

We were flying over the Caribbean Sea in the Bioship. It had been a relatively quiet ride, no one had said much. Even Spitfire was silent, though Robin would argue Wally was more boisterous. I looked over at the Boy Wonder sitting next to me and saw him checking his holographic computer. I sighed and checked the navigation plane. 

"We are approaching Santa Prisca," I said looking back at Megan. I looked around and saw no change in the mood. I sighed again.

~Flashback~ 

"Es La Santa Prisca," Batman stated. "This island nation is the primary source of a dangerous and illegal nero steroid. A strength enhancing drug sold on the street name Venom. Infrared heat signatures indicate that the factory is still running at full capacity but all shipments have been inexplicably cut off. That's where this team comes in. This is a covert,recon mission only. Observe and report. If the Justice League needs to intervene, it will. This plan requires two drop-zones."  

"So who in charge?" asked Robin. Batman and Red Tornado looked at each other then Batman turned back to the team.  

"Work that out between you," he replied. Robin grinned.  

~End of Flashback~ 

"Drop Zone A in thirty," said Megan. Aqualad stood up and his chair melted away. He touched the Atlantan symbol on his belt and his shirt became black.  

"Ready," he said and nodded towards Megan. 

"Putting Bioship in camouflage mode," she reported and the ship became invisible. A hole appeared in the floor as they flew over the ocean. Aqualad jumped through and began swimming towards shore. After a while Aqualad's voice came through the coms. 

"Heat and motion sensors are patched," he said. "Data is now on a continuos loop. Move in." We flew in and hovered over a clearing and everyone stood up. Kid Flash touched his emblem and his yellow suit became black.  

"How cool is this," he asked Megan turning around.  

"Very impressive," she said before morphing her clothes into a black body suit, keeping the red straps and adding a hood to her cape. 

"That works to," said KF outdone. I smiled and called Flamio over. Ecron I summon for the big stuff but when you need a quick healing session or, in this case, an outfit change, Flamio's who you call. He flew over to me and blew a bright fire over me. To the average person they would be blinded, but for me, my clothes just changed. When the light faded I was wearing a dark grey tank, a black mini vest, black short shorts with dark grey leggings, and a pair of black knee high boots. Spitfire came up and high-fived me then turned to see the guys reaction. 

"We need to go stealth-mode more often," said KF.  

"It's my favorite part of the mission," I said nonchalantly.  

"Ahhh, nothing like sneaking around a dense, tropical island while avoiding booby traps and dangerous bad guys with weapons that could blow our heads off," said Spitfire dreamily.  

"Something like that," I said smiling.

(No ones POV) 

"Dude, dude. Wake up," said KF waving a hand in front of Robin's face.  

"Wait what?" said Robin stumbling into reality. Kid Flash looked at him then bent down and looked in the direction his friend had been staring at. His gaze traveled to a dark figure. He smiled as he stood straight and saw a teasing opportunity.
