Reef (White's POV)

The beach they found was small, with a reef at one end and palms on the other. White liked it almost immediately. He dragged his brother to the sand, making him toss their thing under the grown palm tree. White was impatiently undressing his shirt and urging Black to do the same.

"Hurry up," White whined, his eyes switching between the blue waves and his brother.

"You know, you can go in without me." Black pointed out, not hiding the chuckle.

"No, together." White knew he acted like a child, but for once, he wanted to feel like his younger self. That one which only had his caring brother. With their hands clasped together, they ran into the sea. The water was chilly, making White shiver. He didn't let go of Black's hand even though he felt his glasses sliding down his nose.

"Silly." Balck shook his head, positioning the glasses back in their place.

"If you want to swim, let go of my hand." Black smiled as he lifted their entwined palms.

"Or we can stay here and play." White pouted. Leaving his twin's hand didn't sit well with him.

So they played in the sea for hours, with their hands connected. Later, when they were sitting in the shade provided by the palm tree, White couldn't help but feel contented. His head was leaning on Black's shoulder, his arms wrapped around his waist. Black's hand was resting on White's head, tenderly stroking his hair. The silence between them was peaceful, and White enjoyed every second until Black decided to speak up.

"I don't like it."

"What do you mean?" White frowned, turning his head to the side to look at his twin.

"You and Sean." Black specify.

"I know." White sighed. It was clear that Black didn't fancy his relationship with Sean.

"You can do much better." Black continued.

"But I love Sean.  He makes me happy," White stated.

"I know," Black paused, looking down at him.

"That's why I will try not to punch his ugly mug every time I see him." He added. White's eyes sparkled with happiness. It wasn't an absolute acceptance, but it was close enough. He smiled, leaning to place a noisy kiss on his brother's cheek.

"Thank you." White beamed.

"Whatever." Black rolled his eyes before he shook White's arms off of him and stood up.

"It's gating late. Let's go back."

"Why? Can we stay a little longer?" White whined. The beach was lovely, and he wanted to spend more time with Black.

"If you behave, I will let you go out alone with that dickhead tomorrow."

"Really? Then let's go." White jumped to his feet, smiling brightly. He couldn't wait to tell Sean the good news.
