Eddie's P.O.V
I stood completely still, Henderson observing me from the bottom of the staircase. I saw his eyes welling up with tears. Guilt pangs infiltrated my gut. I started to tear up myself, "E-Eddie? Is that you? Like really you?" Dustin said in disbelief. "Yeah Henderson, it's really me, somewhat but I'm still me." I reassured him. I walked further down the stairs. "What is going on? Why do you and Steve look...so-" "Different? Well I'll let Harrington explain that one." I said gesturing to Steve, which earned me a yellow eyed glare, courtesy of Steve. "Well, Eddie died, but now he's back. We aren't sure how or why, but he came back as a vampire, and as for me I've been like this basically my whole life. I just never told you guys." "So what your saying is, is that you survived the bat attack? And you didn't come back?" Dustin looked at me, sadness in his eyes. "Dustin please I literally just woke up tonight. I had no idea it's been at least a week since I died. I swear if I woke up earlier I would've come to see you." I further explained. As I reached the bottom of the steps I was shocked, Dustin ran up to me and hugged me tightly, seeming to crush my ribs. "Eddie you have no idea how much I've missed you, like I've missed you, so much. Please don't leave me alone ever again." He said between sobs. I smiled and patted his back, "I'm not going anywhere kid." I tell him. I see Steve smiling and use my tail to grab his wrist to join in the hug. "Ow man that hurt." He complained. Dustin laughed and I just smirked. "Ok Eddie I wanna see everything you got in this newfound vampiric lifestyle! Like is it just the fangs, ears, claws, red eyes and tail?" Dustin asked curiously, I grinned from ear to ear, "well there is one more thing. And it's very cool." Steve pulled Dustin back so he wouldn't get knocked out, and I commanded my wings to appear. Dustin stared in awe. "Woah, it's like the demobats! Like you have wings and a tail like them!" He analysed, I shrugged, "I guess so." Dustins eyes darted between the two of us. "Wait, aren't vampires and werewolves like, sworn enemies?" Harrington and I just looked at each other and just burst out laughing. "Well in the stories they are, but who says the stories are true?" Steve said. "Well who knows Harrington, maybe I could just snap at any time and attack!" I sarcastically stated, yet again laughing. "Alright alright I get it! So does that mean you won't be effected by the weakness that are exhibited in the stories either?" He asked, "I'm not sure, but I don't really wanna try." I said. "Fair point. We have to tell the others about this!" "Are you sure Dustin? I don't think they'll be as accepting as you, I've been holding off telling you my wolf part because of this constant worry in my head, that they'll just ditch me." Steve admitted. I nodded softly to him, understanding what it was like, "I don't think they will! I know they'll be as accepting as me!" He said positively. Steve and I turned to each other, both exchanging worried glances, but I spoke up first. "Sure Henderson. I guess we could tell them." Dustins eyes lit up with happiness. "Oh Eddie, do you mind giving me a flight home? I just wanna know what it's like." Dustin pleaded. I sighed in defeat. "Alright fine, grab your bike and I'll take you home kid." "Eddie, are you sure? What about the moon? What if you lose control?" Steve said giving me a worried look. "It's fine Harrington, if anything goes wrong I'll find a way to signal you, whether that be a howl or whatever, I know you'll find me." I said reassuring him. Steve sighed in defeat and nodded. "Alright kid, let's go." I gestured to Dustin to met me outside. "Now get on your bike and hold onto it extremely tight and don't let go until I say so." I stated. "Sure thing!" He said saluting me. I smiled, "now hold on! And enjoy your flight with Munson Air." I said playfully as I took off.

As we landed I gently placed Dustin and his bike down on his driveway. "That.was.INCREDIBLE! How could you carry all that weight? And did you see the view it was amazing!" He rambled on. "Meh it was a piece of cake Henderson. If you ever need a lift just call Munson Air." I joked again. Dustin gave me one last hug and went inside. I walked out of the driveway and decided to have a walk in the woods before heading back to the Harrington house and commanded my wings away. But I soon regretted that decision when I saw someone that made my blood boil, Jason. The sadistic captain of the basketball team, the entire reason I was wanted for murder. In an attempt to lose him I started to run the opposite way, but he must've had a gun with him cause a bullet wizzed past me and I barely missed it. "Shit, there's no fucking way. Your alive." He said as he approached me, luckily for me my wings were away, unluckily for Jason, this was a full moon night. That meant at anytime I could rip his throat out if I was hungry enough. "In the flesh. Now what do you want?" I said anger building in me. "Oh I just wanted to come see if what I saw was true, I just had to come see the dead boy walking, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to send you back to your grave." He said trying to be intimidating but I just laughed in his face. "Jason you clearly don't know what your messing with, death can change a person if you didn't realise." "Oh I do, that's why I came prepared." That's when he shot me, a bullet pierced my chest, not the heart at least. I let out a bloodcurdling scream. The scream carried through the air, sounding like a dog whistle, wait. Dog whistle, that's it! It was stupid but I decided to taunt Jason, so I had to up the performance a little more. The bullet popped out of my chest and the wound healed over.

"What?! How did you do that?! Was that your cultist demon magic or something?!" Jason said spitting out complete nonsense. "Nope, but if you want demonic, that is completely fine with me." I said smirking, I closed my eyes as I felt my fangs growing into place, my ears point, and my claws unsheathed. I looked up to Jason with my crimson red eyes, and summoned my wings and tail. "Then met Kas The Blooded Handed." I said confidently, using kas from D&D to intimidate him a little more. It worked. "What the hell are you? Are you a devil spawn or something?!" Jason said fear lacing his words. "I guess you could put it like that, but I'm not the only one, I have a friend on the way." I said mentioning steve without saying his name. That caused Jason to shoot me again, shooting a hole through one of my wings, I let out another guttural scream piercing the air making the dog whistle sound again. Everything was falling into place. All I needed now was Harrington to make a grand reveal, my wing wound closing up. "Liar. Don't call for anyone, you monster, you are alone." He said coldly. "Oh your right, I am a monster, but not the kind that you are. Accusing an innocent man of murder when you yourself weren't there for the one person who you claim to have loved but never truly showed it when she needed it most." I knew I crossed a line, but I needed one more shot, just to make sure Harrington got the message. Yet again Jason shot me this time in my leg. I let out one last scream that pierced the air.

"SHUT UP!! YOU WILL NOT MAKE ME OUT TO BE THE MONSTER HERE! YOU ARE THE TRUE MONSTER!!" He screamed at me. The wound healed on my leg. "If it's a monster you want, then come get me." Just as he charged at me an inhumane roar filled the woods. We both turned to see Steve, fully wolfed out, ready to attack, I smiled evilly at Jason. "You see Jason, this monster has his connections." Jason's eyes filled with fear. "Steve? Steve Harrington? You can't be serious. Your just as much as a freak as him?! Should've guessed. He's turned you into this, I can help you, I can heal you from this state." He stated trying to entice Steve to join him. "No thanks. I may not enjoy it all the time, but I quite like being a 'monster' as you put it. And no one, will harm my friends if it's the last thing I do." He said intimidatingly. Steve smiled at me, I smiled, then we both growled at Jason. "GET AWAY! LEAVE ME ALONE! DON'T COME ANY CLOSER!" Jason cried. Steve rushed at him, as he did Jason fired his gun and shot Steve in the stomach. "HARRINGTON!" I screamed as I rushed to his side. "You asshole! You shot my friend! You will deeply regret it." I coldly said. "Well he deserves it, as do you." He said pointing the gun to my head. As he is about to pull the trigger, Steve out of nowhere grabbed the gun and threw it away. Jason looked at us stunned. "Jason, you will forget everything you saw tonight, forget you even saw us, forget who everyone around you is, forget who you are. And pick up your act." I said, intimidatingly, without realising it I poured power into my voice, I saw Jason's eyes gloss over and repeat what I said. I was taken aback but quickly decided to shrug it off for right now. "Good. Now leave Hawkins with your family and never come back." He repeated me again and started to walk away. Thanks to my advanced senses I heard him question why he was out here and everything else about himself. I was shocked at how it actually worked, then I remembered Harrington. "Steve! Are you ok??" I said concerned. "I-I'm fine, I think it was a silver bullet by pure coincidence, but nonetheless I definitely feel pretty weak right now." He said faintly. "I-it's ok! I'll fly us home don't worry, I'll try to fix you up when we get back ok?!" I said stressed. He nodded and with that I took off, questioning the newfound hypnotic voice ability. I shrugged it off for the time being, I had bigger things to worry about. I had to save Harrington.
