20. After departing

After banging on New's house door while shouting to open it which didn't. Tay was dragged away by Nicky who was waiting for them to run away. They rushed towards Tay's house but were shocked to see Mook complaining about Tay and New's relation to his parents in the living room and convincing them to marry him to a girl. Fuming Tay tried to walk toward them but Nicky was quick to cover the latter mouth and dragged him toward his room.

They quickly packed something necessary for Tay to run away but luck wasn't on their side. Tay quickly throw his suitcase inside the closest and Nicky under the bed when closer footsteps were heard.

“Tay!” his mother shouted as soon as she open the door making Tay startle, “Is it true? Is it true that you are dating that faggot?”

“Don’t call him that!!” Tay defence his lover which made his mother even more fuming.

“So it’s true... Tay I don't raise you to be like this!! Aren't you shame?! Look at your brother, he is good at everything, study, sport, discipline, everything. He is good at everything!! And you! What do you give us? You only give us shame! You ungrateful shameless son! You are born for ruining our name! Just get out of my house already... Nobody wants you here!”

Tay felt really hurt, so hurt that he starts shaking but don't let his tears fall as he doesn't want her to show his weakness.

“So is that what I'm in these entities time? Okay, I'll go so I'll not give you shame anymore.” Tay said as he tried to get out of the room but his mother quickly locked the door from outside and shouted,

“You can't go anywhere... You are going to engage Mook in the next few months.” with that, she was gone to her room where her husband was and started crying remembering her word to her son. She regrets it.

Inside the room, Tay was sitting on his bed and started crying leaning on his bed with his right shoulder. Nicky also come out and hugged the latter and lend his shoulder.

Tay was hurt and it was not the first time his mother compare with his brother but this time it really hurt when his brother is also looking down at him too.

She is the mother, isn't it her duty to teach her child what is right, what is wrong, what to do and what not, right? Instead of comparing their children with others or their own, shouldn't they teach their children to be grown in their way of good?

After Tay was calmed, Nicky went home for some funds if he needed to run away with New. But as soon as he got home he was grounded for befriending Tay and New who was gay, afraid he will be one too.

Soon the whole villagers come to know the relationship between Tay and New and start attacking New and Tay's families so New's whole family was gone for a while and returns on the day of Tay and Mook's marriage and shows the villagers the pictures of New married.

Lee entered the room where Tay was getting ready for the wedding and escaping planned,

“Do you heard that New get married?”

“What?!” the two turns towards him, startle.

“I heard he is also back. Tay goes, go and get him, I'll cover you here, don't worry.” and pushed him out of the room which Nicky quickly followed.

Before going out of the house, Nicky's parents theatre him that if he met anyone or get out of the venue he will be kicked out of the family. But he runs away in front of everyone with his suitcases of Tay with the groom.

“Nicky! If you take a step and get out of this venue then you are no longer my son nor a member of the house, remember that?” Nicky's father remained his son.
