"Will you take this ring which is represented by my heart and take care of it till the end by marrying me?" Foei said kneeling in front of New with the ring.
"I will marry Tay, P'Foei. I'm sorry." with that New walked away.
"New, no, no... Don't do this... No New, don't do this to me." Foei said chasing after New and holding the latter hand and saying, "Don't you love me a bit, New? I really love you and me...you don't love me."
"I do love you as my brother. And I live what we have and don't want to ruin it because of marriage. Even since we met again, you have been taking care of m, protecting me as your younger brother. I want to get the love you have for me, want you to support me, cried to your shoulder as a younger brother to his elder brother. I look up to you and consider you my elder brother. Please P'Foei keep sporting me, protecting me as your younger brother." New said as he held one of Foei's hands and wiped the tears off of Foei's face with his hand before he did for himself.
"It's my duty as an elder brother to do it," Foei said with a smile. New smiled happily and hugged the elder.
"Now, let's go and meet my brother-in-law. He needs some serious warning." with that, he has thrown his arm around the younger's shoulder and walked out of his room for the living room where others were.
"I lose." Tay looked down feeling his heartache when he saw New in Foei's arms, with their brightest smile.
"You win, P'Tay." Pluem smiled and explained after heaving a long sigh seeing the confused glares of three elders, "You think P'Foei will simply smile when he won my brother's heart? He will smirk proudly looking at you in the challenge if he did and won't come out anytime soon."
"Right." the three nodded in agreement.
"So Tay you can't marry New..." Foei said as soon as they faced each other but was cut off by Tay while New stared at Foei with disbelieves yet hurt eyes,
"Why...? Why... Can't I?" Tay looked like he was about to cry. He was waiting for New for years only to ...
"You don't propose to him yet how can you ... Idiot." he shook his head dramatically. New was quick to smile and playfully slapped the elder chest.
"Oh right..." Tay anxiously started searching his pocket in hurry and quickly reached out for New's hands with a smile. He pulled New out from the group and suddenly knelt with a silver ring a blue stone topped with a design with their name engraved.
"I am going to record this." Pluem pulled out his phone and started recording, Tay smiled at the phone and started,
"New, this ring, I brought it on the day we get caught in your room when we tried to escape with Nicky. I planned to purpose you on that day after we escape successful but I got unlucky. And from that day I have been bringing this ring along with me so that I can propose to you whenever wherever I meet you." he took a deep breath and continue,
"I love you, New so with this ring, on your ring finger, showing our loved in the world thought this ring that you are belongs to me, my other half, the owner of my heart, my soul, my body by marrying me?"
"I would happily do the same with you by marrying you, Tay. I love you too."New responded with a smile and in no time they were in each other arms and kissed passionately.
Everyone cheered by clapping hands. On the other hand, Foei just smiled but you can see the tears linger in each eye of his along with his fist clenching tightly, with pain decorating his face. After the kiss was ended, Foei said something which make the cheerful environment turn into a tense,
"Now that you meet New again. I think it's time to reveal Tay." he looked around with an innocent face and continue, "What? You think everything happening is coincident, No, bro it's arranged."
Kaothang came home with a smile after hanging out with Pawin and promised date. The living room was deserted as Pluem checked up on Bright along with the worried New and Tay, Nicky and Neem were in the kitchen preparing for dinner as they agree on staying over until the marriage ceremony. He quickly run toward his father's office when he saw his father back facing him, he hugged his father, startling the elder,
"Dad, congratulation. I'm..."
"Why? Something happens." Foei asked confusingly.
"You propose uncle New... Don't tell me..." he pulled out and face his father.
"Yes, Kao it's not successful. His marriage is on the coming weekend." Foei looked down, his tears were again walling up but don't want his son to see.
"Dad, are you okay?" Kaothang carefully asked with one hand resting on the elder's arm.
"It's Okay. It's alright. I'll be fine." a drop of tear fell from his eye.
"Dad, come..." Kaothang opens his arms to offer a hug. He felt so sad for his Dad, he knows how much he loved the latter.
"Nah, it's fine." he turn away only to turn back, "Actually I really need this." and hugged his son.
"Caring, sharing, protecting, communicating are some important elements of love and I choose the most important one..."
"Dad, what..." Kaothang was about to ask something but his Dad cut him off,
"Sacrifice. I choose to sacrifice. There will be someone out there for me. Just because I love him and wanted to be with him didn't mean he will be happy with me. He also has someone he wanted to spend time with who he is in love. I'm sorry Kao, I can't able to make your uncle New your Papa."
"It's okay Dad."
Bright was already well and was headed towards the campus cafe searching for the two Wins with an excited Kaothang. Kaothang and Pawin were already close after a date which they planned on going again. They were walking in the hallway when they saw Dew and Tu kissing in an empty classroom. Bright shook his head with a sighed and walked away with Kaothang followed after capturing the moment.
Win walked toward the table where the other two Win were and sit across them and said,
"Phuwin, Pawin, I'm really sorry. Please forgive me. I did wrong, I know. I really miss you. Now I realised and now I'm breaking up with her." his tears are already falling, he really missed his friends, this past few weeks without them were like hell for him.
"It's okay Bright, we understand. Come..." Phuwin said standing up and pulling the other two into a hug after a few minutes they pulled apart. And Pawin started speaking,
"So why did you..." but he was cut off by the two younger ones coming toward them.
"P'Win(s)."
"Bright, Kaothang." Phuwin and Pawin greeted the younger but Win just sit there and stared at Bright ad if the younger was his everything, it was getting worse when Bright smiled at him that he forget to blink with his heartbeat getting faster.
"We come to give you an invitation for my Dada marriage. Here P and you can bring your plus one." Bright said but Kaothang quickly give the invitation to the two Win.
"Here P'Win. If you are still uncomfortable with being around gay then I suggest that you don't have to come but if you are okay then come. My Dad is marrying a man." Bright said with a smile that Win forget everything, and see nothing but Bright.
