"From what I read, I can see this nurse.... Mr. Tamura, is lacking in professionalism and he is not to be listening to you even though you are his Superior, however..... There is no real reason I can see to have his employment be terminated, he is also the youngest nurse we have here at the age of 19, he also is shadowing doctor franta. Mmm.....Mr. mant? "I concur with what you have said, I do not see any real reasons why he should be terminated, he does need to be talked to though. His subordination is not okay. What do you think Mr. Darpa?"
The vampire looked to the papers to tilt his head.
"I concur with you both, however I do want these complaints to be too Mr. Tamuras file for the future if there is too be anymore, also we do need to have a conversation, Mr. Tamura needs to be called in."
Tharn flexed his jaw to remain silent has Mr. Darpa, called for the nurse to come in.
A bit later, Mr. Tamura came in to then stand a bit next to the doctor to look to the board to hear the complaints.
Mr. Tamura signed.
"I am very apologetic for my un professionalism and my subordinated behivor, however I am just trying to be there for my patients, especially miss. Mortimer who is due to pass and soon. Her parents have given up on her. I'm just trying to make her last days meaningful."
The human nodded.
"I can understand that Mr. Tamura but you have to listen and respect doctor. Vauno here, do you understand?"
Tharn peered his eyes to Mr. Tamura to see his roll his shoulders back to then nod.
Tharn rolled his eyes to then look forward..
"Okay then. Mr. Tamura we are going to keep these to your personal file, any more there may be disciplinary, do you understand?"
Mr. Tamura nodded.
"Okay you two are dismissed. "
The two left for them to go to the hallway to then part from the other.
Tharn went straight to the surgery room to then start to prep himself to then shake his head.

Mr. Tamura turned to go back to his car, tharn narrowed his eyes to then take a deep forward.
"I am saving lives, you are only giving false hope."

"I'm giving the patients happiness before they...... That is something I wouldn't expect a corpse to understand."
Tharn raised his eye brows to then watch this nurse go to his car to slam the door shut.
Tharn rolled his eyes to then get in his car to drive away and quick, to feel something he hadent for a long time.
Sitting to her couch, odot had her remote up to be switching channels, she then turned her head has she heard her door bell going off.
Getting up, she paced the remote to the couch to then go about to open the door to look over tharn.
She eyed him a bit confused, his normal smoothed expression wasn't there and she could tell he was angry.
