not liking this, but what can I do

To his favorite patients room, Mr. Tamura made a face has he placed a card done to sign.
"Ugh.....you won again."
She smiled brightly to then bring up a hand to cough into it, Mr. Tamura looked up to eye.
"Are you okay?"
She nodded.
"Another round?"
Mr. Tamura slowly parted his lips about to speak to then turn to eye over the doctor who then came in to eye only him.
"I believe I paged you nurse. I wish not to be ignored."
Mr. Tamura narrowed his eyes, the doctor rolled his.
"I meant Mr. Tamura. Now you need to come with me and this patient needs to rest."
Mr. Tamura made a face to then look to her.
"I'll come back tomorrow."
She nodded to then get comfortable has Mr. Tamura picked up the cards to then place them away to then get up to follow behind the doctor reluctantly.
Outside, the doctor stopped to turn to eye over the nurse.
"Why have you've ignored me?"
"I was with a patient."
Mr tamura said with his head hung.
"Mm..... Well, it's been two weeks since...... How would you like to go about this?"
Mr. Tamura turned his head.
Just rather not at all!
"Guess....... Your place?"
The doctor nodded
"Would you like the money to be placed to the same place like last time?"
"After......I guess......"
Need to give that and my whole pay check to my debt collectors..
The doctor eyed over him to then look about to make sure they were alone, he then stepped towards him.
"Also...... Have you've had sex?"
Mr. Tamura gritted his teeth to then look up.
"No. Have you?"
The doctor stepped back to roll his eyes.
"I've told you why you must. Meet me at my place at 8, you have a few hours to find someone."
The doctor turned to leave, Mr. Tamura looked up to sign.
I'm not really into one night stand type of things......mm.... There is a nurse I've...... Could......
Mr. Tamura made a face to go and find here to not quite understand the doctor.
Going home an hour before, the doctor was to his computer to be writing for his reports, he then looked to the clock that was near him to see it was about time.
He then got up to go to his bedroom to then check the mini fridge, it was well stocked with food and drinks.
Straighting up he then turned his head has he heard his door bell going off, he then turned to go and answer it.
Going to his door he opened to look over the nurse who had his head hung.
"Did you accomplished with what I....."
Mr. Tamura turned his head.
"Can we not talk, let's hurry up and do this."
Mr. Tamura went inside to then go around.
The doctor watched him go to then shut the door to follow the nurse to the living room, he then placed his hand to his wrist to re direct him to the bedroom .
Mr. Tamura eyed the action.
"Why are you taking me here?"
The doctor placed the nurse to the edge to then step back.
"Easier access. Now, did you have sex?"
Mr. Tamura turned his head to eye the open door.
"Just take it what you want. I don't want to be here."
The doctor narrowed his eyes.
"Then no deal, you can leave."
Mr. Tamuras eyes widened to turn his head forward to eye over the doctor retreating.
"What?"
"I told you, you need to have sex. Makes the blood taste better, without it, you are bland."
Mr. Tamura parted his lips to then look down with a furrowed brow.
"I...... Came isn't that enough?"
The doctor stopped from under the door way to turn his head to look to the nurse.
"By yourself?"
Mr. Tamura rolled his eyes.
"I really don't want to talk about this with you."
"Nurse?"
Mr. Tamura looked up.
"It's Mr. Tamura to you! I am a person not an object."
The doctor fully turned to wrap his arms about.
"Fine. Now, was this climax self induced?"
Mr. Tamura made a hard face to then look down.
"Was.... Helped...... Did something else other then sex okay!"
The doctor eyed over the nervous looking nurse to then step closer to then sit next to him with his head turned.
Will this be enough? I suppose, have to find that out for myself.
Mr. Tamura tensed to then place his hands to either side of the bed to grip and hard, this hurt and a lot.
The doctor placed his canines in to slowly lap up the blood to dart his eyes.
It was enough, at least for now, he needed to see what full on sex would turn the blood into for him, right now it was sweeter but not what he tasted the first time.
Mr. Tamura started to sway a bit, the doctor eyed this to let go to get up to go straight to the mini fridge, the nurse bend himself over a bit to take in deep breathes has things started to blur, he hadent eaten in two days.
The doctor came back to stand behind him with something to eat and drink.
Mr. Tamura took in deep breathes to then eye up a bit to grab both to consume.
The doctor took a step back to eye over him to then go back to the mini fridge for more to place to his side to then go about to grab his money.
The nurse ate everything, to then place the empty containers to the side to then start to slowly go down, he is was exhausted.
Coming about, the doctor had his head hung to be counting to then stop to then widened his eyes has he saw the nurse to his back, with his legs over the bed to have his hands to either side to have his head turned to the side to be asleep.
The docter eyed over him to then place the money next to his body to then grab the trash to then go throw it away, to go back to his computer to do his work, to let this human sleep.
