Present.

"Fran, Mr. Sven wants you to bring all the files in the office." Sabi ni Ms. Diaz sakin. Napailing ako, Haisssst, Why?

I felt Sue was looking at me and I look at her, she mouthed "is he the guy?"

I just nodded at her, and her mouth form an "O".

"Are you okay?" she mouthed. I nodded and show a thumbs up to her.

I prepared the files and took a deep breath before going in his office.

I knocked.

"Come in." Sven said.

Pumasok ako, at nakita ko syang nakaupo sa table niya habang binabasa ang ibang files. Lumapit ako sakanya at tumikhim.

"Hi Sir, this is all the files Mr. Bane left for you to review. I proofread it."

"Just put there on the coffee table." He said without even glancing at me. I smirked. Until now he's still the same. He still hates my presence. I just shook my head.

"Okay Sir. Is there anything else you want Sir?"

Tumigil sya sa pagbabasa at tumingin sakin.

"Yeah." He stared at me.

"What is it Sir?"

"Resign." With finality on his voice.

"Excuse me?" I got confused.

He smirked, "don't you remember what I told you before, hmmmmm almost 5 years ago?"

I do remember. I will never forget that. I sighed and look at him.

"With all due respect Sir. I've been here for almost 3 years. And I don't think it is right for you to ask me that. If you don't want me to be your secretary I will be glad to be replaced. But to resign is not on my plan. And for your information Sir. I didn't want to see you too."

He smirked, "Really? Then you're not planning on going to your sister's wedding?"

I smiled at him.

"I'm the only family she have Sir. So even if means I would see you there I'll do it for her. And you could just ignore my presence then. Same here you could just pretend I'm not existing here."

Nakatingin lang sya sakin at ibinalik ang mata sa pagbabasa ng files.

"I don't need anything. Just leave. And call Ms. Diaz here."

"Okay." Sagot ko sa kanya at lumabas na din ng office niya.

Pagkalabas ko ng office nia dumeretso agad ako sa office ni Ms. Diaz.

"Hi Miss." Bati ko sakanya.

"Oh, Fran hi!"

"Ahm, pinatatawag po kayo ni Mr. Somer sa office niya. But before that Miss I would like to have one favour please."

"Oh, what is it?" tanong niya sakin at biglang tumayo na.

"Can you please put someone else to be the secretary of Mr. Somer, I promise I will hand over everything to that person. And it would be good for me too as you know I'm having a part time at night."

She look at me confusedly she raised her eyebrows, "Hmmmmm did Mr. Somer said something to you? Did he do something?"

I smiled, "no Miss. Ayoko lang po na magkaroon ng hindi pagkakaintindihan. He might get a wrong idea about my working hours here is not the same of the other employees here."
