Chapter 6:Jason Todd

It was a brand new day and I was already up because I don't sleep anymore due to my mind fucking with me so I just stay up all night but it's not the worst that I have experienced.I was in the bat-cave training with my weapons which are my bow and arrow ,knives, every other weapon that I could possibly use in battle so I hit every target perfectly then I sensed someone behind me.

I turned around and it was Jason which I wondered why he is up so early like usually he doesn't wake up until 10 am in the morning.He looks at me and yawn then starting speaking to me.

Jason said ,"Why are you up so early?".

I looked at him and said ,"Because I wanted to train early and why not get an early workout session in."

He gives me the look of "I know you're lying" face and walked closer to me than examines my face then said ,"did you sleep last night sky?".

I rolled my eyes and said ,"I'm fine Jason and you need to go back to sleep".

He said ,"No, something is going on and you're not telling me so spill".

I groaned and clenched my jaw then not really wanting to tell him at all and avoiding it at all cost.

I said ,"There is nothing happening Jason so leave it alone".

I walked away from him and putting all the weapons back in there right place in the bat-cave but Jason kept on following me then he grabs my wrist which making me turn to see him.

Jason said with a soft gentle tone in his voice ,"Something is going on sky and friends don't lie to each other so please just tell what's going on with you".

He looks at me with his green eyes and gives me the puppy dog eyes then I couldn't resit those eyes and he was right about friends not lying to each other so I told him.

I looked down and started speaking ," I don't really do this often because well I never wanted anyone to know what I was going through but here I am so I have been having nightmares".

He looks at me and released my wrist then coming closer to me in the process then he speaks to me.

Jason said ,"Nightmares?".

He looks at me with sadness in his eyes but I continued on

I said ,"Yeah I been having nightmares but these are far more tense because I live through them and some of them are too realistic to the point where I see dead bodies around me".

I looked down and licked my lips then tears started coming down on my face.Jason noticed it and wanted to hug me but he didn't want to invade my personal space because he knows that only certain people are allow to touch me. 

I knew that he wanted to hug but he didn't to make any thing worse or invade my personal space so I hugged him and he hugged me back. He held me close to him and started saying sweet things in my ear to calm me down which it did.

I had a tight grip on him while we were hugging and he was rubbing my back of my head to calm me down.We pulled away from each other and he puts a hand on my cheek then rubs my cheek.

I feel his lips on my forehead and pulls me into his chest then I felt an other presence in the cave and it was Grayson.I think that Jason had noticed grayson entering the cave and he didn't want to let me go at all.

Dick said ,"What's going on?"

I pulled away from Jason and wiped the tears off of my face then dick glances at me and at Jason.

Dick said while coming closer to us ,"Did you do something to them Jason?".

Jason looks at dick and gets a little pissed that dick thought he could ever hurt Skylar like that which really set him off.
