Arbiter and Kurohime watched the battle being untangled on a big screen.

"I'm surprised," Kurohime said.

"Surprise about what?" Arbiter asks in an irritated tone.

"Surprise that there are Lightbeares who are still alive," Kurohime responded. Arbiter was confused.

"What? Should they not be?"

"The Voice in the Darkness told us that all Lightbearers should have died out a few hundred years ago."

"Who is this "Voice in the Darkness"?" Arbiter asks.

"The Voice in the Darkness is the Entity that wears the Darkness like a cloak. It promised the Sirens true salvation. The Creator and I have seen first hand. It...was magnificent. It's such a shame you weren't there. If you were there, you would see a performance beyond the cosmos." Kurohime answered.

"...I don't get you. But whatever this salvation that this Entity is showing you, it is turning our people against each other. I don't want that."

"You don't have a choice, Arbiter. The Creator wishes you to be there when the Final Shape comes."

"The Final Shape? My ex-husband mentioned that to me a long time ago when those...things first arrived in our system. What is it?"

Kurohime shrugged. "We do not know. But apparently, an ancient race called the Hive claims that the final shape is "that which remains when all that can be removed has been removed."

"That...doesn't make sense. Basically, this final shape you speak of is when all life in the universe is destroyed. How can there be a final shape when no being is even alive?"

Again Kurohime shrugged. "As I said, we don't know. All we have to do is to await the grand finale."

"...You...all of you are sick."

"Defy as much as you want, Arbiter. Nothing can stop the inevitable." Kurohime says as she snaps her finger and a portal appears.

"Huh? Where are you going!?"

"I must report this to the Creator. No doubt, those Lightbearers will disrupt His plan." As Kurohime steps into the portal, she stops and looks at Arbiter one more time. "Also, Arbiter, be prepared. The Darkness is coming and when it does. Will you and the traitorous Sirens survive? Who knows?" Then the portal closes.

Upon the portal being closed, it was silent in the room. Arbiter was shaking a bit but controls her breathing. She looks up to see the battle still raging on.

"Alpha...you, Purifier, the Guardians, and the Kansens better win this. We can't lose this battle." She muttered.
