After Jasper and the girls fought the Sirens bravely, preventing the destruction of the base. The girls have a newfound respect for Jasper. Some started to greet him, much to his surprise. Right now, Jasper is finishing up some last-ditch paperwork.
"Seems like the girls are getting comfortable with you," Jamie commented.
"Yeah," Jasper said in a monotone tone. Jamie notices something off.
"You don't seem to be happy about it." She said. Jasper sighs.
"Don't get the wrong idea. All of this paperwork is making my mood go down. While I'm happy that the girls are starting to get comfortable with me. Can't really get to talk to them if I'm being buried with a lot of paperwork."
"I...guess you're right. Forgive me, I didn't think you are really stressed about it." Jamie apologizes.
"It's not about being stressed about the paperwork. It's about how much shit they are fucking giving me. This is ridiculous, every day it's always a mountain of paperwork just appearing out of nowhere at my table." Jasper grumbled.
"Can't say I know that feeling, Jasper. But hang in there, this is nothing compared to the things you've experienced!" Jamie tries to cheer him up. Jasper sighs again and continues to write on his paperwork in silence.
After about an hour of finishing the paperwork, it is done. Jasper stretches and grabs a cup of water and drinks. There was a knock on his door.
"Come in," Jasper said. Then the door opened revealing multiple shipgirls. He sees Bismarck, Prinz Eugen, Tirpitz, Amagi, Kaga, Akagi, Enterprise, Yorktown, Vestal, Nimi, Belfast, Warspite, and Elizabeth. He is surprised to see a lot of them in his office.
"What can I do for you girls?" Jasper asks as he sits back down onto his seat. Amagi, Kaga, and Akagi comes up. All 3 bow their heads. Everyone in the room is stunned to see this.
"Shikikan. Please forgive my two sisters for attacking you on the first day." Amagi expresses her apology. "Their head wasn't in the right place."
"H-Hey...no need for that. I've already told Nagato that it's normal for siblings to be concerned about one another. Besides, I wasn't even angry when they attacked me. So relax, I'm not one to hold a grudge for something this small." Jasper said. They all come back up. Jasper smiles. Enterprise, Amagi, Nimi, and Belfast blushed due to his smile while the rest were surprised to see his smile so...charming
"As long as you keep protecting each other, everything is going to be fine. I'm sure of it." He continues. "Anyway, that's taken care of. How about the rest for you all?"
The girls didn't answer as they were charmed because of his smile. Jasper raises one of his eyebrows and snaps his finger. This made everyone snap back to reality. They all blink multiple times.
"A-Ahh! S-Sorry, Commander." Enterprise apologizes.
"Is everyone good?" Jasper asks.
"We are okay, Master. Please don't worry about it." Belfast assures him.
"Okay...so why are you girls here for?" Jasper asks again.
"I'll go first," Bismarck spoke up. "Kommandant, I would like to apologize for my attitude and behavior when we first met. I...thought you would be like the rest of the commanders we have met over the years that's why...I lashed out at you. All of the pent-up anger that I had, I unloaded onto you. I hope you would forgive me."
"Sister..." Tirpitz muttered.
"This is the first time I see Chancellor Bismarck really apologizing. Well, that's a given due to the fact everyone here has witnessed his powers." Nimi thought.
