It is now the day of your introduction as the new point guard for the Samsung Thunders and also your first day officially being a professional basketball player.
You wore the best formal suit you have since your agent insisted you on wearing one. You asked your agent if you look decent with a suit, he nodded and told you that you two should go now to the arena.
--- The journey to the arena is not really that long and you guys have arrived at the arena in less than 20 minutes.
Upon arriving at the arena you noticed how big your team's home arena is.

Jamsil Indoor stadium, an arena with a capacity of 11,069 made you hyped that you could play in front of so many people.
--- Upon exiting your car, The GM immediately approached you to greet you and your manager.
"Welcome Y/n!, It's finally good to see you in person." The GM said, reaching his hand out to you for a handshake which you accepted.
The GM then invited you to go inside the arena to meet the media. But then you noticed that there are many media members that currently waiting in the press room.
"Uhm sir, basketball isn't really a popular sport here in Korea, right? why are there so many media in the press room now?" You asked, with a hint of nervousness in your tone.
"Oh don't mind them, the majority of them are here for our team's new sponsor." The GM said while opening the door to the press room.
Upon opening the door multiple media members greeted your GM as you guys made your way to the podium.
The media asked your GM multiple questions in Hangul that made you nervous since you are not really understanding anything.
Hell, they may even be slandering you right now but I guess we'll never know.
"I think you should hire me a private tutor that will teach me the Korean language" You whispered to your Agent who gave you a disapproving look.
"Y/n your contract here is only one year, just ask the GM later to provide you a translator later." Your agent replied.
After a little bit more of the GM answering questions from the media, he now signaled you to come to the front to answer some questions.
"Don't worry Y/n, I will be your translator." The GM said to you, making you feel thankful that you managed to get a GM who looks after his players.
The interview went smoothly with the media only asking you the generic sports question like what could you bring to the team, and your thoughts on their Samsung Thunders's bad season last year.
But then, as you thought it was going smoothly one media member asked you about your team's new sponsor.
"What are your thoughts about the news of Starship being one of the team's new sponsors for this season?" the media member asked making you wonder what Starship is.
"What the hell is Starship? are they the South Korean equivalent of NASA or something?" you mentally asked yourself while at the same time trying to think of a good answer.
"Well, I think it's a good thing since at least there are some companies there that believe we can make some noise this season and we will do our best to make sure that they won't regret sponsoring our team" you replied making your GM smile because of your answer.
"He will bring positive vibes to our team, I can feel it."

After answering some more questions, it was now time for you to take a photo with your gm while holding your jersey. after that, the GM told you to stick around since the representatives of the new sponsors will arrive at any moment.

You can tell that those six are probably the most beautiful representatives of a company you have probably seen in your 20 years of existence.
"Damn, all of them pretty."
Due to your curiosity, you asked your GM what Starship really does and he told you they're an entertainment company.
Hearing that, it made sense that they are pretty since they are celebrities (not stereotyping tho I'm just a narrator here lol).
You watch them do their introduction and be bombarded with a lot of questions by the media who surely are interested in interviewing them but sadly it was time for you to tour the arena.
But before leaving you asked the GM what is the name group which he replied simply by saying "IVE".
"Maybe I can meet them next time"
