In IVE's dorm, one girl is currently talking to her mother through video chat to ask for some advice on a very delicate problem.
"Okaa-san, how can I impress Y/n? I'm not as glamorous and pretty as Liz and Wonyoung" she asked her mother, who just chuckled seeing her daughter being competitive.
"Rei, just show Y/n your charms, Liz and Wonyoung have their specific charms but in this situation, you just have to have a little bit of confidence in yourself," Rei's mother said trying to give her daughter some confidence.
Rei's mother has known you since Rei told her what you did to protect her from those clowns in the haunted house. At first, she was surprised about it since it was the first time her daughter talked so highly about a male.
It didn't help that Rei would always talk about you in positive light towards her mother who little by little started to trust you even though she haven't met you yet.
But she saw how her daughter trusted you so much that's why she decided to support Rei in her bid to try to win your heart.

Rei tried to think of some ways to impress you but sadly she doesn't believe that those ideas she thought of would even impress you.
Her manager who noticed that Rei is distressed decided to ask her what was bothering her.
Rei then got emotional trying to explain her problem with her manager listening to it attentively.
The manager tried his best to help Rei but sadly, he just repeated the advice Rei's mother gave to her earlier, just in different words.
"Looks like everyone is just telling me to be myself... Then I have to do just that to show Y/n-Oppa my charms."

"Man, they really got used to inviting me to their dorm in my off days," you thought to yourself while making your way to the building where IVE is living.
"Well Who am I to complain"
Upon entering the building you saw IVE's manager who's about to leave. He saw you and greeted you with him telling you that Rei is already waiting for you in the dorm.

Upon knocking in IVE's dorm, the door opened, showing Rei in her casual clothes.
"Y/n-Oppa! " She exulted, giving you a hug in the process which you are very used to by now.
You asked her where are her other members but she just teased you instead of giving you a proper answer.
"~Oppa, I'm already here with you, yet you still asking for my other members, that's very mean you know~" She teased you making you a little bit nervous.
"Damn, She is so unpredictable," you thought to yourself while apologizing to Rei.
After that predicament, Rei then brought out her console which she invited you so that she can have someone to play with.
You were never into video games because you had no time for it due to you opting to just continually train on your off days.
But would you decline any invitation from Rei?

You and Rei played some fighting games that she recommended. And after some rounds of playing it.
It is safe to say that you completely suck at playing video games.
"Damn Rei, you're good and heartless at the same time," you said, feeling down because of Rei beating you for the 8th consecutive row.
"~It's okay Y/n don't give up!!! You can beat me so don't give up!!!~" She said, cheering and teasing you at the same time
"I won't give up Rei, I ain't leaving this dorm without winning one game against you in this damn game," you said, showing your competitive spirit.
"~That's nice to hear Y/n, then if you manage to get one win against me, I will give you a reward~," she said which motivated you even more.
"WELL BETTER GET YOUR WALLET READY CAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO TREAT ME TO A LOT OF ICE CREAM!" You exclaimed which made Rei laugh so much.
But then the competitive spirit still wasn't enough because you lost another 8 in a row which made the standing 0-16 with you not winning a single round.
"God, I'm so bad at this," you thought to yourself, now losing the fighting spirit you had earlier.
Rei on the other hand saw this and was about to cheer you up but she saw you completely focused.
"Can we play one more round?" You asked her, who's now impressed that you still wanna continue playing despite losing many times now.
But then, that's one of the reasons Rei fell for you.
Rei then decided to play with you one last time, but this time she didn't try to win, with her intentionally letting you beat her.
The round ended with you being surprised.
"I- I WON!!!" you said as you celebrate the only win you got against Rei.
Meanwhile, Rei on the hand, who's watching you celebrate.
"You already won my heart Oppa"

"Well, Oppa can you close your eyes for a sec?" Rei said to you, which you did.
"Rei is this even nece-?" You were about to ask her if you closing your eyes was really necessary but you got cut off when you felt
A pair of lips touch your cheek.
You opened your eyes with you saw Rei blushing hard but still smiling
"~That's your reward Oppa, I hope you liked it~," she said, making you blush hard.
You were speechless about what happened but you can't help but smile from the sudden affection you received from Rei.
Rei then stood up and looked at the clock and began panicking.
"YAH!!!, I FORGOT I HAVE A SCHEDULE AT THIS HOUR NOW!!! I HAVE TO GET READY!!!' she screamed while literally dragging you out of the dorm.
"Sorry Y/N, I have to prepare now let's continue playing the game some other time ok?!!" She said, not even giving you a chance to answer since she immediately shut the door on you.

While you're on your way home, you can't help but think about what happened earlier with you occasionally touching the part of your cheek where Rei kissed you, making you smile uncontrollably.
On the other hand, Rei is also surprised at what she did earlier, she was so embarrassed at herself that it made her lie to you about her having a schedule today to make you leave.
But at the same time, she felt proud of herself because she managed to show you her affectionate side.
