Athena was going to shove her food so far up Ford's ass that he would feel it for a year. That's what she was going to do as soon as she got her hands on him.

How has he disappeared for more than twenty hours? Someone just can't disappear!

And there's a killer on the loose, do none of these people watch horror films!

Then there was the bain of Athena's existence. Matteo Rossi.

When you Google the word stupid, Matteo's photo would pop up.

They had been in this house for three days. Athena didn't know if she should be worried or be hiring an exorcist.

"...Thrity-seven, thirty-eight, thrity-nine..."

Matteo was counting the tiles on the ground.

The ground.

See at first Athena thought he was hudt a neat freak. Then she thought he was judt messing with her. He recounted the papers over again. Or he would move the plates in a different area.

That's why she trashed his house, becuase she thought she was dealing with the classic neat freak.

Not a grown ass man laying on the ground counting tiles.

"There are fifty-one tiles in this room. Fifty-one. How could they let it end on an odd number? Were the builders on drugs?" Matteo yelled at the ceiling when he rolled onto his back.

No. The question is, are you on drugs?

She was going to kill Ford, when she found him. And then she would kill Matteo.

"I need to unplug all the lights." He randomly shouted and stood.

Matteo glanced at Athena, "I didn't bring any more of my meds. So now I have to fix everything. I'm sorry, I can't control it."

He smiled before walking over to the ground lamp and pulling it from the wall.

I need to find Ford. She thought as she shook her head. She needed to get away from, whatever that was and find Ford.

"I'll be here!" Matteo hollered as she walked away. "Unplugging things! Oh, that could cause a fire." He mumbled unplugging a toaster.

Athena shook her head and walked down the hallway. Most of the other leaders were hid out in their rooms. She almost wanted to say, aren't you supposed to be the strongest men in the world?

Apparently, they were not.

She had walked these many halls alot over the past two days. She needed out, she couldn't be in this house with Matteo any longer.

She was either going to kill him, which was more likely, or tell him how much she missed him and how much she loved him.

The second one was not an option. She needed to be stronger than a little bit of emotions.

She almost wanted to laugh at the thought of being inlove.

It was a horrible thing.

Everyone just sugar coated it.

She knew they were no good together. But she also knew that being without him was worse. For three months she tried to escape him. She tried to not want him, but she just ended up needing him more.
