Things are not the way they seem

Chapter 6

Tori's POV

I only just woke up. I don't have to go to school for a week because I got suspended. Someone knocked on the door. I went to open the door and no one was there. I must be imagining things. The doorbell rang again. I am so scared. "Hey Tori. How are you feeling?" Beck asked. The doorbell rang again. "I'll get it." I said. I answered the door and my mom shoved a bag towards me. "I don't want you living in my house anymore." Mom said. Oh no. I grabbed the bag and went back to my temporary bedroom. "Hey, what's wrong?" Beck asked, rubbing my back. "I've been kicked out." I said. I'm still shocked. Where am I going to go? "Tori, what's happened?" Beck asked. "I've been kicked out." I said, unable to process what has just happened. "Okay. You're going to stay here. I'm not having you out on the streets." Beck said. I smiled. "Thanks." I said. I feel really safe here. "No problem." Beck said. The doorbell rang. "That must be Jade." I said. "I'll go." Beck said and walked to the front door. It was Cat and Trina. "Hi, we're here to see Tori." Trina said in a sickly sweet way. Jade came back and saw me hiding. "Um, she's a bit busy right now." Beck said and closed the door. I don't want to talk to them right now.

Jade's POV

I've been suspended from school for fighting with Andre. "Jade, aren't you supposed to be at school?" Tori asked. "Please don't tell me you attacked that girl again." Beck said. "Jade, you didn't hit her did you?" Tori asked. "No, I hit Andre." I said with a smug smile. "This is all my fault." Tori mumbled and walked out. "I'll go and talk to her." Beck said and followed tori. This is all Trina's fault.

Trina's POV

I'm now in the nurses office with Andre. "Babe, what the hell was she thinking?" I asked. "Jade punched me because I called Tori a bitch. I was defending you." Andre said. "Aww, baby," I said. "I know." Andre said. I can't believe he defended me like that. How cute.
