Your con is increased by 2 and intel is increased by 1 point.
They live around the same rate as humans.
You can see in the dark but only in shades of gray.
You can speak, read and write common and goblin.
You are proficient with 2 martial weapons and light armor.
If you miss an attack roll or ability save or check you can add the number of Allie's you can see within 30 feet of you to your roll.
You are between 5 and 6 feet tall.
Your walk speed is 30 feet.

Since hobgoblins are very military driven they do have their own ranking and status system with 7 tiers. Starting with the lowest tier.

Spear
Fatal axe
Captain
General and the highest rank being warlord.
