Kalashtar are a race that is made between humans and spirits called quori from the dream realm. Kalashtar have a special connection to spirits.

Traits that come with this race.
Your wisdom is increased by 2 and charisma is increased by 1 point.
You age around the same rate as humans.
The spirit you are connected to goes with the alignments between lawful and good.
You have advantage on wisdom saves.
You can speak, read and write common, quori and another language of your choice.
You are resistant to psychic damage.
You can telepathically speak with any creature that can speak at least one language and that is with 10 times equal to your level in feet that you can see.
You can sleep but don't go to the dream realm like others. You see memories of your spirit companion and are immune to spells that make you dream.
You are between 5 and 6 feet tall.
Your walk speed is 30 feet.
