Oh boy. You are an experiment and a combination of many creatures which is why you are a hybrid. This race is basically a build your own character set where you get to choose what buffs and special racial feats they get because they are combinations of different animals and beast.

Traits that come with this race.
Your con increases by two and another ability score is increased by 1 point. That is your choice to choose which ability you wish to improve.

They age around the same as humans and is believed to have the same life span as humans if not shorter.

They are very neutral on things, trying not to have an opinion way over the others and try to look at every side of a story and every angle of a situation.

Your size is medium often being the same height as humans and elves so around. 5 to 6 feet tall.

Your walk speed is 30 feet.

You also have darkvision of 60 feet but can only see in shades of gray within dim light or darkness.

You can read, speak and write common and either elvish or vedalken.

You have a set of enhancements that you get from 1st level and 5th level. You have a few options to choose from but can only choose one for both 1st and 5th level options.

For 1st level enhancements either choose:

Manta glide. You grow ray like fins which you can use to glide and slow down your fall. You can reduce 100 feet for determining fall damage.

Nimble climber. Your climb speed becomes equal to your walk speed and you don't take extra movement when climbing things.

Underwater adaptation. You can breath underwater and your swim speed is the same as your walk speed.

For 5th level enhancements either choose:

Grappling appendages. You grow a pair of claws or tentacles that have a 5 foot reach. You can use them to grapple creatures or attack them. They do a d6 plus your strength mod of bludgeoning damage and can basically do what your hands can like lift, push, open, close. They can't be used to hold weapons or cast spells.

Carapace. Your skin grows thicker so you get a plus 1 to your AC if your not wearing heavy armor.

Acid spit. You can spit acid at a 30 foot range and does 2d10 acid damage on a failed save. The damage increases to 3d10 by level 11 and 4d10 by level 17. You can use this trait a number that is equal to your constitution modifier. You regain all uses after every long rest.
