Ghost Town Grand Prix Part 2

They arrived at their destination of an abandoned western town where dozens of people waited for the race to start. Sebastian was the last to get out of the hauler as he shuts the door behind him. He takes the first step to walk over to the front, but he stops as he hears Zarathos in his head.

Zarathos: "This place... so much evil and death."

Sebastian: "What do you mean?"

Zarathos: "I'll tell you later."

Sebastian nodded before walking over to his friends and he then saw Layla driving up to them doing one donut before parking her car next to their hauler. The rest starts coughing from the dust that got close to them, but Sebastian and Jordan didn't care about it.

She gets out of the car walking up to them with a smirk and Jordan couldn't help just to stare. Sebastian sighed as he elbowed him hard on the side making him grunt.

Jordan: "Hey!"

Sebastian: "Don't stare, man."

Jordan gave him a frown before looking back at Layla who is looking at their hauler before walking up to them.

Layla: "Nice rig, you three."

Tony: "Thanks! We stole it off from a rich nerd."

Sebastian: "Wasn't really that hard to get anyways. It was a team's effort."

Layla: "Well, this is going to be a little hard than robbing tech geeks. You three are at the big show now. It won't be as easy as the last race."

Tony: "The race you lost."

Jordan: "How many times do we have to tell you this? We tied, Tony. You, Sebastian, Layla and I all tied."

Layla: "I agree."

Sebastian shakes his head leaning onto the hauler with his arms crossed and then someone came walking past nudging Tony's shoulder causing him to grunt. The three looked to see the person was a guy wearing a parachute.

Tony: "Who is that?"

Layla: "Santiago."

Jordan: "Let me guess, the best driver in South America."

Layla: "Yup that's him."

Tony: "And why is he wearing a parachute?"

Layla: "You'll see. By the way, Sebastian why aren't you racing?"

Sebastian: "Car's having problems. Only vehicle I have is my motorcycle in the hauler."

Lalya nodded then looked over at Jordan giving him a smirk.

Layla: "What about you, hot stuff?"

Jordan: "Yup I'm racing. Not only for me but my bro here as well.

Jordan explains pointing at Sebastian.

Layla: "How long you guys been friends for?"

Jordan: "We aren't friends. We are more like brothers."

Layla nodded to him, and she turns her head to see the Irish and his partner punching each other in the chest and stomach.

Layla: "That little guy over there is Scaden. You guys might recognize him from your adventure to the Mexican border. He has a little grudge between y'all for jacking his Yoka."

Tony: Frostee, Yoka me."

He digs into his pocket than took out a can of Yoka then gave it to Tony as he popped the cap and starts to chug it down. Scaden and his partner watch him with their mouths open.

Tony: "Hm-mm."

Scaden then starts to growl at Tony angerly as he then turns around punching his partner in the stomach as a stress release and cause him to grunt in pain and Frostee laughed at them.

Tony: "Who's that?"

They all look to see a car who had large speakers in the back of it blasting loud music. Sebastian and Jordan looked at each other rolling their eyes at what they're listening to.

Layla: "The Woofer. She blasts music so loud it can blow out your eardrums."

They nodded then looked over at a car that has different colors doing some donuts on the sand.

Jordan: "Who's she?"

Layla: That's Touge-Dori. Her tuners takes turns like no other, and she's great at knocking nobodies like three off the road."

Sebastian: "I'm not so sure about that. Anyone can knock someone off the road."

They all heard a loud rev as they looked to see a monster truck going over cars and saw the guy in it was smiling.

Layla: "Meet bonegrinder."

Jordan: "I bet he's broke with all the parts he needs to get to make that thing faster."

Echo: "For real."

They turn over to the girl in her car that was smirking.

Layla: "And that's PizzaRave."

PizzaRave launched a barrel up in the sky as it explodes and that laser from her car shot the wood that was in the sky vaporizing them.

Echo: "That is so PizzaRave."

Layla: "Nervous?"

Jordan: "Nope."

Tony: "Nervous? I wasn't even driving my own car last time. This race, I'm completely un-nervous."

The crew looked at Tony with a smirk at what he said to Layla.

Tony: "dis... dis-nervous. Un... nerv... ed?"

Suddenly the crew and Laylaheard a car coming as Tony was still trying to figure out the opposite of nervous. Then Cisco went over to Tony

Cisco: "I bet your glad that conversation was interrupted."

Tony: "Wha... what's the opposite of nervous?"

Jordan: "Confident."

Jordan told him shaking his head before walking over to where Layla is.

Sebastian: "Pay attention to class and you might learn a thing or two."

Sebastian then walked up over to Jordan as he sees Shashi get out of his car and stand on his car.

Shashi: "Who's ready to race?"

Every racer and the crowd screamed in excitement.

Shashi: "We got some new blood in the SH1FT3R line-up today. We'll find out if they can hack it. Each lap is 25 miles. More if you get lost in the mines. First one in four laps wins. Now get ready for the hottest track on the planet!" It's race time!"

Everyone and the crew cheered and Sebastian crossed his arms with a smirk. Shashi jumped off his car then walked up to the three.

Shashi: "I never raced a Toretto before. Let's see if you can live up to the name."

Shashi smiled then he looked over at Sebastian and walked up to him.

Shashi: "Car failure I heard?"

Sebastian: "Yeah. Pretty disappointing too. I really wanted to race with you guys."

Shashi puts his hand on Sebastian's shoulder and Sebastian looked at the hand then at Shashi.

Shashi: "Sometimes this stuff happens on a big day. It's alright you can race next time."

Sebastian: "Can't wait."

Shashi pats him on the shoulder before walking over to his vehicle. Sebastian then wiped the spot where Shashi touched him on the shoulder and glared at the man walking away.

Jordan: "Mind helping me getting my car, Sebastian?"

Sebastian: "Sure thing, brother."

The two walked back got into the hauler as Sebastian helped Jordan lower his car down and he backed out of the hauler to the starting line and he then lowers Tony's car as well.
