You would think that since she lives somewhere in the forest she's got zero technology. What kind of idiot doesn't have a tv at this day in age?
She has her ways to have electricity and wifi. Her kids are supernatural but they're still children (and a teenager). Of course her kids would want a phone and watch tv like another child on this earth.
