Penny doesn't mind Viktor's job, she knows he's just doing it for money. Even though she can basically buy him anything he wants, due to her wealthy family, he still wants to work. She knows that he doesn't want to feel like a leech, which she reassures him he's not.
Plus, she finds that's she enjoys the simple thought of no matter who or how many times he gives someone service, Viktor always comes back to her. Penny knows that sounds possessive, but it's true. If he lets her, she would love to watch some time.
