"Mmm, good morning, dear. Mind: Oh, he's still sleeping. I guess I'll let him sleep in for today."
In Naiad's room
*knock* *knock* *knock*
"Come in."
"Good Morning!"
"DA DA!"
"Hi, my darling."
Caius picks up little Kiyomi in his arms.
"Did you have fun with Aunt Naiad?"
"*giggles*"
"Well we had some trouble getting to bed last night but, we did eventually. Where's Kouichi?"
"He's still sleeping."
"He's been sleeping in a lot lately. Is he okay?"
"Well, taking care of a baby is a lot of work you know. I'm sure he's just tired."
"Okay let me know if anything is wrong."
"I will, thank you, Naiad."
"Of course! Bye you two."
The two head to the grand hall to eat breakfast and miraculously, the King was there as well.
"Papa!"
"Father, what are you doing here?"
"Well at least someone is happy to see me."
"No, I'm happy to see you but what are you doing out of your room. Matru said it would take a while for your joints to get used to moving again."
"Do you think the king of Tildant is any average titan?"
"But then why isn't Sefal-"
"Enough with the chit chat. Let's eat."
The three eat breakfast while Caius asks many questions as to how the king is out of bed already. King Erald either vaguely answers the question or dodges it completely. Finishing breakfast, the king bids his fair wells with Kiyomi as Caius fixes a plate for Kouichi. But when he returns to the room, Kouichi was missing from the bed.
