Chapter 9: What just happened?

Sarah’s Pov

I still feel her lips linger on my lips. I was just staring at the doorway where Alice just left.  I can’t process what just happen.

What the --- did that just happen? Did we just announce that we are together? I can’t believe that just happened. Does this mean we are going out together now? I don’t even know how to be a girlfriend – heck I don’t even know how to be a friend. What am I going to do? Why am I on this mess? Right so I can get away from here. I just need a shower to think straight. I can’t think clearly now. I need to process everything.

I head inside the shower and it took me an hour to finish. I immediately change my pajama. Yes I do still where a pajama. I feel comfortable with it. I lay down for hours looking at the ceiling. I can’t sleep thinking about what just happened makes me feel nervous and giddy.

What am I suppose to do?  We have school tomorrow and everyone will be there. What do girlfriends do?  Of course I watched loads of romantic movies all the time since I’ve got nothing to do on me free time other than studying but ours is different. I mean I haven’t watch a movie between you know—girls falling in love? Do I need to watch it? I think I should like download or something I bet there are loads of movies about it, right? Oh god this is ridiculous! The whole thing is absolutely ridiculous! Why did she come out with a stupid plan like that and why did I agree with it for the whole school year. Classes just started and I’ll be doing it for the whole school year! Oh my god school—what would people think about me dating the hottest girl in school? I don’t want to be the center of attention I always made myself invisible for years and now I’m dating not only the hottest but the most popular person in school. I am going to die with embarrassment.

I looked at my watch on my side table and it’s already one o’clock. Oh shit I can’t sleep. It’s been like that for an hour until I decided to count some sheep’s to make me sleep. I don’t know if that sleep trick works but I guess it did because next thing I knew I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

“Beep Beep Beep!” I half open my eyes. I had an amazing dream but can’t remember what it is but it just feel so good. I have good feeling that everything is perfectly fine and then I heard the alarm still beeping and as soon as I realized I open my eyes then get out of bed hurriedly that everything was on fire. O

Oh my gosh, I’m going to be late in school I hurriedly went to the bathroom and take a shower. I was feeling so good.

“Yes since we found out. Since we found out…That anything could happen...Anything could happen Anything could happen… Iknow it's gonna be! I know it's gonna be!“ I was singing so happily while scrubbing my hair with my favorite lavender shampoo. I always love that song, Ellie Goulding is an amazing artist. I was almost finished with my shower when I heard a gentle knock on my bathroom door and a small chuckle. I smiled thinking my mum was on the door. I immediately wrapped a towel around me.

“Mum! Don’t worry I’m not going to be late.” I said smiling as I swung the door open. Then I immediately closed it back as I saw Alicia standing outside! What is she doing here did I just imagined her standing on my doorway? This is absurd she can’t be in my room. Then I just heard her laugh out real loud. You must be kidding me! What is she doing here?  

“What are you doing here?” I asked as I swung the wide open. She was just smiling looking amused scanning me from head to toe. I can feel my cheeks getting hotter and I know im turning red.

“You’re mum let me in and told me your still in the shower.” She just said with a shrugged like it’s a normal for her to do. Then I still looked at her with a question written all over my face. She just smirks at me then she chuckle. What is wrong with this girl?
