Wheres Eddie?

After Leena gets dressed she fixes her smeared makeup, and goes downstairs to meet Eddie in the living room. Eddie holds up the flowers he had bought for her. "Well this is half my apology for not telling you about hellfire tonight." Eddie says with an apologetic smile.

Leena grabs the flowers with a tired smile and goes and replaces the older flowers Eddie had gotten her for her birthday 3 weeks ago. After doing so Eddie takes Leena's hand in his.

"Let's go find a party to crash." Eddie says with a grin.

The whole ride Eddie kept Leena's attention on him by singing and thrashing his head to the beat of the song. Leena felt like she had both feet on the ground when she was with him. As they pulled up to a party Eddie turned to her.

"If you don't want to go in that's fine we can go grab dinner or something I don't mind." Eddie says while rubbing Leena's arm.

Leena smiles at Eddie and kisses his soft lips.

"Let's go fuck shit up." Leena said with a smile.

Eddie smiled and hopped out the car meeting Leena on her side to take her hand and walk in with her. As they walked in Jason walked up to them.

"What are you doing here, freak?" Jason said to Eddie with a Scowl.

"Just trying to have a good time Jason." Eddie says calmly.

"Yeah we'll, why don't you take your freaky ass and your girlfriend to another party?!" Jason yells in Eddie's face.

"How about you go find your girlfriend who obviously isn't in love with you, but is so into the stereotype that she stays with you when she's really hooking up with a geek from the science club." Leena says as she pushes past Jason Eddie's hand still in hers.

Eddie smiles as she walks swiftly to the alcohol and pour yourself a cup.

"Wanna dance?" Eddie asks softly.

"Sure" Leena says with a big grin.

Eddie pulls her to the middle of the room and they start swaying to the beat of the music. All's going well until Eddie receives a tap on his shoulder.

"Hey Eddie?" A very uncomfortable voice says.

Eddie turns to see Chrissy standing awkwardly behind him.

"What's up?" Eddie asks.

" Do you..by chance.. have anything" Chrissy asks, still sounding scared.

"Uh..yeah I do it's in my car you interested?" Eddie asks.

Chrissy's quiet for a second almost as if she was second guessing herself. "Yeah."

Eddie turns to Leena and cups her face.

"I'll be right back, don't run off anywhere." Eddie says before letting go of her and walking to his car with Chrissy.

Feeling uncomfortable from being alone on the dance floor Leena walks out onto the back porch. As she steps out she realizes nobody else is out there. The lights start flickering when she sees a shadow walk around the house.

Leena grabs the pocket knife from her pocket and walks around the side of the house. Her heart was pounding so hard she could feel it in her ears.

"Eddie?" She whispered.

Leena was so scared tears began forming in her eyes. She started thinking about the room. The dark room her father would lock her in if she didn't use her manners. The dark room where she would see her mother.

Leena snapped back to reality when something harshly grabbed her shoulder. When she spun around it was Eddie. He was breathing fast with tears in his eyes.
