    The celebration was cut short by Leena falling to her knees as she held her head in her hands. Eddie quickly joined his fiancés side trying to figure out what was wrong. Everyone started looking around as their vision started looking like they were looking through pools of water. After another second everyone's vision went black. All was silent...

    The group looked around and saw each other and all grouped together except for Leena who was nowhere to be seen. The next thing that happened was the sound of whimpering which sounded like it was coming from a child. Everyone looked in the direction of the crying to see a little girl in the fetal position crying into her knees. She looked around 9 or 10 and had dark brown hair that was wavy. She wore a sweater and shorts with a pair of running shoes on.

    Nancy started walking to the child cautiously. "Hey.. Hey, are you ok?" She asked.

    The little girl kept crying as blood started to pool around her eyes. Eddie quickly stepped forward and a room was revealed around them. They were in a cold cemented basement with water on the floor. Once Eddie saw the room he knew exactly where they were.

    "that isn't some random girl.. that's Leena.." Eddie said with a sad look on his face. The group jumped when sudden banging came from the door that was at the top of the stairs a few feet away from them.

    "SHUT THE HELL UP BEFORE I GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO CRY ABOUT!" An angry man's voice yells. The young Leena didn't stop crying instead she kept crying and only moved to wipe the blood that was now dripping onto the floor off her face. "GODDAMN IT NOW YOU DONE IT!" The man yelled as he swung the basement door open. Young Leena scurried to her feet just in time as the man grabbed her sweater collar and began yanking her up the stairs. The group followed in horror as the man began beating on the child with his belt.

    "I'M SORRY!" The girl screamed at the top of her lungs.  The man had held on to her arm as he kept whipping her. Everyone's faces were stuck in shock and their stomachs were filled with disgust which quickly changed to fear when the little girl wiggled free from her fathers grip and grabbed a bottle of alcohol that was full with the lid off sitting on the counter. "HIT ME AGAIN AND I'M DROPPING IT!"

    The man did a quick step forward which startled the girl causing her to drop the bottle. The man yelled in anger as he grabbed the child and threw her to the floor. Eddie tried to step in and intervene but he just went through the man as he began throwing hand smacks with the belt at the child's back. The child used the counter to pull herself back up as the father stopped.

    "NOW YOU LISTEN TO ME! LISTEN TO ME! YOU ARE NOT YOUR MOTHER!" The man yelled between his teeth.

    "I KNOW!" The girl cried as she held herself across from her father.

    "THAT MEANS YOU DO NOT HEAR THINGS THAT AREN'T THERE! YOU DO NOT SEE! THINGS! THAT ARE NOT THERE!"

    "OK!"

    "THEY'RE NOT THERE LEENA!"

    "OK!.."

    "And your dreams...They're just FUCKING DREAMS! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME!"

    "YES!"

    "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?!"

    "YES!!!"

    "Say it, I wanna hear you say it."

    "My dreams are just dreams..."

    "say it again!"

    "MY DREAMS ARE JUST DREAMS!"

    "Say it again!"

    "MY! DREAMS! ARE! JUST! DREAMS!"

    As the room begins to fade out a familiar face emerges from the darkness. "Guys.. this isn't real.." Leena said with a broken tone.

    "But that was.." Eddie said as tears began making streak marks down his face.

    "no...NO! GUYS HE'S LYING! HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT!" Leena said to the rest of the group as her lips began to tremble.

    "Leena.. when we first started dating you had nightmares where you said those things.. you'd say your dreams were just dreams, or you'd wake up screaming you were sorry." Eddie walked up to the girl and cupped her arm.  Leena buried her face into Eddie but she didn't cry but she just stayed there with fear still all over her face.

    "Dad? I'm going to the store. Do you need anything?" A voice that sounded extremely familiar said behind the group.

    Everyone turned to see Leena but slightly younger. (Maybe around 15- 16 years old) standing outside the door.

    "Dad I've gotta go just say yes or no." The teen said with a sad look on her face. Leena quickly grabbed hold of Eddie and covered her eyes as the girl began to open the door. The younger Leena screamed and fell back onto the ground still staring at the body in the room. The group moved so they could get a look into the room. When their vision passed the door frame everyone's eyes went wide as they saw blood dripping from the side of her fathers face. Eddie held Leena close and covered the side of her eyes so she wouldn't see it in her peripheral vision.

    "holy shit.. Leena." Robin said in a soft tone as she turned to her friend. A blond boy rounded the corner which caused the crying girl and dead body to disappear and Eddie quickly took a step back.

    "Now you see who you're following into battle." The man said with a laugh. "Do you really wanna follow someone into a life or death situation that is that broken?"

    Everyone looked at Leena as she sunk to the floor while blood began to come out of her nose, ears, and eyes. Eddie held her in his lap as she started to struggle to breath.

    "LET GO OF HER!" Eddie yelled as he kept her head elevated.

    "Admit it. You all need to find a better plan. One that won't be ruined by someone with no purpose to live." The blond boy said with a nasty grin.

    "get out of her head you psychotic bastard!" Eddie yelled as he lightly slapped the girl's cheek in an attempt to wake her up. The blond boy only smiled before crouching to Eddie's level. "This plan I have will be the end of Hawkins and all that started my war."  He said as he stared at Eddie.

    "You wont kill her. She looks exactly like Skylar." Eddie said as he held on tighter to Leena's sweatshirt.

    "who said I was gonna kill her. Skylar's mind is still in me. I'll simply transfer her back into her... True body.."

    Eddie and the rest of the group's eyes widened as they heard the boy's words.

    "You lay one of your grubby fingers on my best friend and I'll make you look worse than you already look!" Robin yelled in anger at the boy. The boy merely laughed before disappearing. The group all got down to Leena and waited for her to open her eyes. Once she did, a sigh of relief went through the group. They knew that Vecna had better odds but they couldn't give up on Hawkins. Or Leena Henderson..
