Hidden Secrets

Papa

Leena wakes in the same room she started in the dream before. When she opened the door it was silent. The big lights were off but the emergency lights were on so she could still see decently. As she looked down the hall a light started flickering. She slowly started walking towards the light.

"002, what are you doing awake?" A familiar voice says.

Leena turns to see papa staring down at her. She stared back fear starting to consume her remembering what had happened in the dream prior.

"Are you lost 002?"

Leena opened her mouth slightly to answer but couldn't bring herself to make a sound. Two guards come up behind her and grab both her arms, making her panic.

"NO PLEASE IM SORRY DON'T HURT ME AGAIN!!" Leena begged trying to pull her hands from the guards. "STOP!!!!"

As Leena screamed the guards flew into the walls on either side of her. Before she could do anything papa lifted his hand exposing a button.

"002, you need to be punished for disobeying."

"No please!" Leena begs.

"Disobedience will not be tolerated. We discussed this when we installed the chip."

Leena started looking around in fear till her eyes landed on a door. She quickly used the powers she could muster to throw the button out of the man's hand and take off to the door. When she reached the door she quickly went inside and locked it. When she turned around she saw a set of ocean blue eyes staring back at her.

"Skylar? What are you doing papa will hurt you again you need to leave." The boy says.

"NO! Don't unlock the door, he's already outside."  Leena begged.

The boy's eyes went wide as he stared at her.

"Skylar...what did you do?..."

"Nothing I promised I just couldn't sleep." Words were just pouring out of Leena, but she wasn't even thinking them. It was like it was scripted in her mind. Like she lived this day before. "Papa, he wants to punish me..."

The boy's eyes softened as he walked back over to Leena. Now Leena wasn't that short but the boy easily was around 6 foot. Leena's heart continued to pound.

"Please don't let him in.." Leena whispered.

"Never Darling..." the boy whispered back.

The boy wrapped his arms around Leena holding her close to his chest the same way Eddie would when she was sad and needed comforting.

"I'm scared...I'm so scared Eddie..." Leena whispered.

The boy slowly let go of Leena and looked her in her eyes.

"You're not Skylar..." the boy said, but this time his voice was deep and emotionless.

His skin began to melt and terror was all over Leena's face.

"Who are you?.." Leena's voice cracked.

"I'm the reason you won't be leaving here alive."

Eddie watched as blood started falling from her nose and he started shifting around anxious.

"Should we wake her?" Eddie asks.

"No it's only been 10 minutes Eddie." Dustin says while watching Leena intensely.

Leena's body began to shift causing the group to bite their tongues to hold back from saying anything. Eddie leaned forward and took Leena's hand in his own.
