"That's not possible." Dustin spat at Leena.

"Do you have a problem Henderson?" Eddie turned to Dustin.

"What? No, I'm just stating scientifically that it is impossible." Dustin responded, shaking his head.

"It's fine Eddie I already know the kid hates me just ignore it." Leena said rubbing her temples annoyed. Everyone shuts up and turns back to Leena. "Whoever this is... they're doing it for a reason and I think Skylar is one of those reasons."

"Wait..." Nancy mumbled as she stared at the ground. "The creature said you looked just like Skylar... and he and Skylar met in Hawkins Lab.. a lab based around kids with special abilities.. so..what if Skylar had the ability to reincarnate herself?"

"Impossible it can't be scientifically proven!" Dustin interrupts.

"Dustin, half the shit we see can't be proven scientifically. We're not scientists!" Steve says. "I mean if Eleven can do the shit she can do why couldn't Skylar do something equally as powerful?"

Dustin's mouth opens as if he wanted to say something but quickly closes it. Everyone looks at Leena who's deep in thought.

"Hey, you ok?" Nancy says as she walks over to place a hand on Leena's shoulder.

Leena meets Nancy's eyes.

"Maybe I can try to talk to him again... I just need to find a way to get more control of him."

"No! No way in hell am I letting you almost die again! Do you not see your goddamn leg that is currently wrapped in plaster because the bone was sticking out?!" Eddie yells. "You're not doing it."

"That's not your decision..." Leena turned to Eddie. "This got personal."

Eddie rolled his eyes as Leena pulled the blood stained bandana from Eddie's pocket.

"Are you sure about this Leena? What if it goes wrong?" Robin asks.

"Well then Dustin won't have to deal with me" Leena said with a laugh.

"Leena-"

"Maybe we can find something to keep her somewhat here." Steve says cutting Dustin off.

"Yeah that could work!" Nancy says.

"Leena what has brought you back every time you've gone under?" Steve asks.

"The first time I was in the woods and heard screaming then I turned to see Eddie behind me...the second time Eddie found me in my room..."

"Then the boat you jumped out.." Eddie chimed in.

"Yeah and you pulled me back.. but the third was a song...I could hear it playing.."

"So Eddie and music we can work with that." Steve says.

"yeah but the only way she can stay connected to the monster is through silence...maybe you can bring Eddie with.." Robin suggests.

Eddie turns to Leena.

"I'll let you go if I can go with... I agree to that."

Leena rubs her face in frustration. She doesn't want to bring Eddie, because she's afraid that Peter will see it as an attack; however, she knows back up would be nice.

"Let's get this shit show on the road..." Leena mumbles.

Nancy throws Eddie her ascot and he blindfolds himself as Leena does the same with his bandana. The room falls silent. Leena takes Eddie's hands in hers. She takes a deep breath.

For a few moments nothing happened in Leena and Eddie's eyes. Their surroundings were all covered in black from the bandana. Then as if it was a cruel awakening it feels like someone had poured water down their throats. They both started gasping and choking on the nonexistent water.
