"Y/N? Y/N! Come on, wake up!" she could hear a voice scream at her. She opened her eyes, realizing she was looking at her brother's face.

"Oh, thank god." he sighed. He unbuckled her belt before carrying her out of the helicopter. She was fine, not many injuries, but she was still dizzy from the crash.

She looked around, spotting Conrad standing at the edge of the cliff with binoculars in his hands. "Calling all units! Is anybody airborne? I repeat, is anybody airborne?" Slivko asked through the radio.

"They're all down. Every one of them. We're on the south side of the island. There's a river a couple of klicks (one klick = one kilometer) from here. If we stick to its banks, we'll make it to the exfil site on the north shore." Conrad explained.

"And then what? All choppers are down." Nieves asked. "We'll find a way to signal the ship. They'll send a search party. We just have to make it by the exit window." Conrad answered. "I should be sitting at a desk." Nieves mumbled, turning around and leaving Conrad standing there.

"So, wait, are we just not gonna talk about this?" Slivko asked. He was clearly panicking, so his sister put her hand on his shoulder and pulled him down to sit down.

"My best guess is we're scattered over a four to five mile radius. We should head north and join anyone we find. Are you all right?" he asked, turning to look at Mason.

"I don't know how to answer that question right now

"I don't know how to answer that question right now." she answered, truthfully. "I don't know what that was either." Conrad admitted. "All that money that they paid you? I hope you're worth it." Mason said. Conrad could tell she was stressed out.

"We're really not gonna talk about it? You know this is not normal, right? Stuff like that doesn't just happen!" Slivko exclaimed, but no one reacted to what he said.

Conrad approached Y/N, who was sitting on the ground, and kneeled down in front of her. "Are you okay?" he asked, already checking for injuries that they might have missed.

"Physically, yes. I just don't know what to do right now." she admitted. He put his hand on her cheek, calming her down immediately. "I promise, I will get you off this island safely." he whispered.

"Will you keep it?" she asked, clearly unsure about whether she could trust him or not. "I'm a man who keeps his promises."
