Actually, me and Scarlett were just pretending to be satisfied with Madeline's answer on the things that she and Ava were hiding from us. When we looked satisfied, I saw relief flood Ava's face, and Madeline had a sly grin. So, I'm guessing that they're lying, AGAIN! Anyways, today is Friday, and my birthday party is on Saturday. I was going to have a party on Friday with my parents' friends, including Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and Beyonce. They were all so nice to me, and Beyonce thinks that I'd be a great dancer! I love all of their songs so much! Especially Lady Gaga's Paparazzi, and Just Dance. I'm super excited for both my parties! Me and Scarlett still didn't find out what was wrong with Ava and Madeline. Maybe Madeline doesn't like us anymore, and only wants to hang out with Ava. I told Scarlett about what I thought, and she said that maybe Ava is actually friends with Lana, and is trying to destroy our friendship. However, I still thought that I was right, so I said that I'm going to write a note to Madeline saying, "If you don't want to be friends, just say so." Scarlett nodded in approval, and we went to Madeline's dorm to deliver the note, we taped it to her door. Buzz, buzz.

I opened my phone, and saw a text from Madeline saying, "Come to the principal's office dressed like a scandalous girl, and act like a spoiled rich girl!" What?! I showed it to Sophie, and she took my phone.

She texted, "What is your favorite color?"

"Lavender- grey,"

"Now, we're sure it's you,"

"Ok, so here's what we're going to do. Do what Madeline says and I'll help you pick the clothes. Tell me about it later," Sophie said as we hurried to our dorm. In the end, I was wearing a super short pink mini dress with an off shoulder top along with a small Chanel purse Sophie lent me. This is so weird, why would Madeline suddenly have me do something so unusual?! I thought as I sashayed like a spoiled girl would at a quick pace in my glittering red heels towards the principal's office. When I arrived, I dramatically opened the door and announced, "I'm here, darlings!" There was Melody, Violet, Madeline, Jasper, Jasper's dad, the principal a.k.a. Madeline's uncle, and Madeline's dad waiting for me. Violet and Jasper's mouths were wide open in shock, while Melody and Madeline were giving me approving nods.

"Woah, woah, woah!" Jasper shouted.

"Are you sure that's Carrie?" Violet finished for him.

I gave them a pretended icy look and said,

"Who else would it be?"

"I'm sure there's no one as beautiful and rich as me!"

"Hey, you! Be nice!" Jasper's dad shouted. "Dad, chill, she's only acting!" Jasper said.

"Yeah, she's really nice all the time!" Madeline added.

"I'm so sorry!" I said to Jasper's dad politely, afraid that I made a bad impression on him. A look of absolute shock crossed his face.

"No prob," Jasper's dad replied.

I soon regained my character, and asked, "What do you want from me?"

"Ok, you can stop now, Carrie." Madeline's dad instructed.

"Oh, thank goodness! I hate being like that!" I complained.

"Well, I'm afraid you would have to do that for maybe quite a long time," Madeline's uncle said.

"Wait...... What?!" I exclaimed in surprise. 

"Erm..........." Melody murmured.

"Well, you see..." Madeline muttered.

Soon, they told me about a person who set a bomb inside the school, and we need to stop the bomb.

"This was what me and Ava were hiding," Madeline told me.

I nodded, both shocked and hurt. How could Madeline trust the new girl Ava more than me? I've been her friend for over a year! Besides, this is so weird, why would someone want to blow up the entire school? That's just so cruel! Suddenly, a thought crossed my mind.

"What if there was something hidden in this school that the person that's blowing up the school wants! Maybe some kind of gem or important papers that were written by people a long time ago!" I said to everyone in the room.

"It's possible, but the things would be destroyed because of the bomb!" Violet said.

"Yeah........" Madeline's uncle agreed exchanged a quick glance with his neice. "Anyways!" "You're now an agent to help stop the bomb! We will give you gadgets and equipment later," Jasper said.

"Ok, I guess?" I said feebly.

"Remember, you can tell no one about this!" Jasper's dad warned.

"We will still be choosing three more members, but know, it's only you, Madeline, Violet, Jasper, and Melody." Madeline's dad told me. We were all about to go out, when Madeline said, "We should also recruit Scarlett,"

"I mean, it's going to be hard for him, Carrie , hiding all this from her best friend!" "Well, ok!" Everyone agreed. Even the three men looked satisfied.

"I'll tell her about it later," I called out as I walked out the door.
