Both Y/n and Hanako open their eyes and look around.
"The rocks... Are they rocks? They're weird..." The female spirit mutters, then realizes her friend isn't hanging on her. "Yashiro! Oh my god, where is sh-" She stops when she looks beside her. "Oh. Nevermind." Hanako lets go of her as she moves to shake Yashiro awake. "Wakey, wakey~"
The girl instantly sat up, smacking Y/n in the head. "Oof-"
"Sorry! Are you okay?!" She asks frantically.
"I'm alright." They all stand up and Y/n grabs Hanako's hand, kind of scared.
"Where... Are we?!" Yashiro asks.
"I don't know... Hanako?"
"No... I don't."
"Maybe we're..." Yashiro starts, gaining their attention. "In the underworld... B-B-B-Because Aoi said we'd never be able to go back... And it's dark... And I have no idea where we are...! Noooo, I don't wanna die yet!!"
Y/n grabs her hand. "It's okay, but you need to calm down first for us to figure out--" She gets cut off by rustling in the bushes, and each of them snap their heads toward it.
Out from behind the tree comes an elderly man. The three end up staring at each other.
Y/n raises her eyebrow. "Y'know, you could at least ask something like; "Why are there three teenagers in the middle of the forest?" or "What are you three doing out here? Want to have some tea?" instead of staring at us."
Hanako tugs on her hand.
"What?"
"No need to be salty. Anyways... Who is this guy?"
"A local, maybe? He doesn't look like a ghost, so maybe this isn't the underworld. Why not ask him about this place? Good evening." Yashiro says, smiling.
"Wr..." The man starts.
"Wr?" Yashiro questions.
"WRAITHSSSSSSS*!!!" He yells.
'Wraiths' echoed in their minds as they all were shocked.
"I'm gonna be killed!!" The man cried, trembling.
"Wait, calm down!" Yashiro nervously said. Then, three other men came out from the bushes.
"What's wrong?" Man 1 asked.
"Eh?"
"There are wraiths?!" Man 2 said.
"Aah!"
"I'll beat them to death!" Man 3 exclaimed.
"Aaaah!"
Then, they were all surrounded. Hanako let go of Y/n's hand and put his up. The girls followed.
"Wraith..."
"This is a bad omen..."
"What... What's happening?" Yashiro stammered.
"Mm..." Hanako looked around slightly.
"She has legs akin* to a tree stump."
"There are wraiths again."
"Honjo's daughter was hurt recently, too."
"These are scary times, I could be next."
"Let's kill them before they do any harm."
