My daily life has changed.

Y/n walks into the bathroom with tears brimming in her eyes. She knocks three times on the door. "H-Hanako, Ha-nako, a-re you the-re...?" She was trying not to cry when silence enveloped the room.

I can no longer turn into my ghost form, or see... him. After that certain incident happened, Yashiro went to search for the others and left me in silence.

Once I calmed down, I went back to study camp. She told me she couldn't find them and ended up stopping. Everyone I knew, and practically lived with, was gone. They're not here anymore... And like that, summer vacation began. I hoped I'd spend it with my favorite idiot... But, he's not here anymore.

I've been staying with Yashiro and her mom. They're really kind people. Most of the time, I don't see them because I stay in Yashiro's room, crying. When I remember what happened, I start sobbing uncontrollably. No one can even mention what he looked like without me tearing up.

Yashiro's been sad, too. But she tries her best to cheer me up.

Y/n falls to the ground, sniffling and hugging her bracelet. The only thing she has left of him while tears streamed down her face as she quietly sobbed.

Akane opened his window, and stared at Aoi's, his face showing no emotion.

When his doorbell rang, he turned around, staring tiredly.

"Nene, your friends are here~!" Her mother calls.

"Coming!" She looked at her friend, who rocks back and forth on the sleeping bag while staring blankly at the wall. Needless to say, she was quite broken.

"Are you going to come with? It might take your mind off of... Y'know." Yashiro says quietly, trying to be reassuring.

Y/n looks at her wrist where the bracelet resides, then nods her head.

Yashiro softly smiles and helps her up, walking to the front door.

Her mom smiles upon seeing her broken and tired friend, who looks like a zombie. Like the narrator said, she hasn't come out of her room since vacation started.

Yashiro blushes at the sight of the older Minamoto. "Minamoto?! And..." She looks at Akane, who looks like Y/n, but not as bad.

"Hey! Good morning!" He turns to Y/n. She has huge eyebags and tear stains. She seems to have not brushed her hair for a while. Her eyes are a puffy red, and so was her face. She was playing with her bracelet sadly, her eyes blank. "Huh. You look... Beaten down. Worse then Akane, and he was obsessed with A--"

"Can we not talk about that?" Yashiro asks, eyebrow now twitching as she hugs her bestfriend, who has tears streaming down her face now.

"Oh! Yes. Sorry for coming uninvited so suddenly~ are you free today?"

"We didn't have any plans, so..."

"I see! Then, would you like to hang out with me?"

Akane looks to the side.

"Yashiro! Aoi! Mioai! Get over here~!" His voice was filled with lots of joy as he looks at one of those timing games. "Look at this, it's a tower of candy!" His eyes sparkle.

He then started running around, shouting what the games look like.

"It's the thing with the salmon!"

"This is my first time seeing a crane game in real life!!"
