Wally's POV

Batman left the mountain after he clearly established all the possible threats Jane could possess, and what exactly we should not let her do.

Don't let her outside.

Don't let her get too riled up. (Who uses the word riled?).

Don't...feed her sugar? I don't entirely remember what the last thing was.

After he left, Red Tornado left advising us to find the girl before she caused any trouble. We all stood in a circle, shell shocked by Jane's explosion. What were we even supposed to do in a situation like this?

"Should someone go after her?" M'gann asks quietly.

"Robin you should go and see if she's alright" Aqualad says stretching out his shoulder, clearly it still hurt from when Jane almost broke it. It was also clearly making him crazy, because he wanted to send Robin? To calm somebody down? Was he crazy?

"Aqualad as much as we respect you, you do realize she doesn't like him very much" I interject.

"You are probably correct Wally" He says shaking out his shoulder. "She seems to have taken a liking to you why don't you go and find her"

"Plus your fat mouth might not get you killed" Robin jokes, his voice breaking into his cackling laughter. I roll my eyes at him and his dumb joke.

"Where did she go?" I ask turning to M'gann.

"She went down that hall, but she doesn't know her way around. She probably is just walking around" M'gann reported.

"But she does know her way to the beach" I reason.

"What are you even gonna do when you find her?" Superboy asks.

"I have a plan. Dont worry about it." I say waving my hand at Superboy.

"Five bucks it involves food in some sort of way" Robin bet.

"You're right I was planning on dousing myself in chocolate syrup" I say sarcastically turning to walk down the hall.

"Don't let her leave the Mountain's vicinity" Robin calls behind me. "She's unstable we have no idea how she will react in public".

"Got it" I say not even listening. Aqualad didn't say it so it wasn't an order. So, I was going through with my plan, because my plan does not involve staying anywhere

Jane's POV (July 27th 2011, 12:00, The Team's Headquarters)

I managed to make it to the beach that wasnt very peaceful anymore. When I did I kneeled in the water trying to wash the invisible blood from my hands. It didn't matter that it was a trick of my mind, that I knew it was fake. I still sat in the sand and scraped my hands raw in the salt water.

Time stood still, or maybe it was moving really fast. All I knew is that I sat in the sand with the locket around my neck open, its soft melody filling the air. This was lullaby I remember that much.

But other than that nothing.

I close my eyes and let the music wash over me. Trying to grasp onto the trace of a memory. But there was nothing there.

I could feel tears sliding down my face. Where was it all? Where was my life?

"Are you ok?" a sympathetic voice came. I scramble back away from the voice. My fingers get wrapped up in the lapping waves. I look up and see Red standing with his red swimming goggles. Event with his eyes covered his lips formed that smile that made me feel pitied.
