She had half a mind to order but since today was a special day she settled on cooking. Soft music played in the background as she played the food and walked it to the king dinner table.

Tommy had been awake for hours now. Staring into the bathroom mirror with an indistinguishable feeling. She was going to a ball tonight.

While she was excited to go to such an event, the feeling of being inadequate among such high scale people made her want to stay home. She knew she couldn't, of course. Mama A spent so much effort into getting everyone's formal wear for the event and she didn't want to seem ungrateful. So Tommy straighten her back, pushing aside her fears.

"You are going to a ball." She says to her reflection. A laugh escapes her, as she walks away to head downstairs. Her first stop was to her dads room to get VonTay ready for the day so Phillip can sleep a little while longer.

She tiptoed into the dark room towards the bed. Papa was snoring softly as he slept on his back with his hands intertwined, resting on top of his stomach. As quiet as she was, he still felt someone get close to him and his eyes opened.

"Sweetie?" He spoke, assuming it was his daughter. Tommy froze for a moment then huffed a laugh. He was a light sleeper but it's as if the world could end at any second and he need to stay alert.

She stomped towards the bed and flopped next to her dad. VonTay laid on the other side still fast asleep. Phillip chuckled as his daughter cuddled into his side, moving an arm to hold her close.

"Aigoo, my child." He muttered in Korean.

Tommy giggles with he head laying on his chest. She reached a hand over to play with VonTay's hand. Still asleep, the little boy wrapped his small hand around three of Tommy's fingers causing the girl to smile.

"Hey dad?" She spoke in Korean. Phillip, who started to fall back asleep, hummed in response.

"I really like living here." She said, feelings bubbling over.

She had a few problems with Beckham but in all she really did love the Im family. Papa K was a jolly man that told her a lot of things about his company. Beckham could be mean but he still made sure that she was alright and safe. Hugo was a rude little boy but when Tommy wasn't around he would play with VonTay and treat the boy like they were friends.

Mama A was the best part about living with the Im's. She reminded Tommy of her own mother because of her compassion. For the moment Tommy stepped into their home Mama A made her feel like her daughter. She had never told anyone, but on the days she felt hopeless she would go to Mama A and they would just talk. She was someone Tommy didn't want to lose.

Phillip smiled softly as he patted his daughters head softly. He was happy that she was happy, but the lingering feeling of Tommy's animosity towards Beckham lingers in his mind.

Tommy sighed before getting up to walk around to the side were VonTay slept soundly. She picked him up carefully.

"Get so more sleep Papa." She said as she left the room, the man obliged to her words and slept.
