THE FRANKEL FOOTAGE
WE ARRIVED AT our temporary stay, owned by a person called Elliot. I looked around the room and spotted a lot of newspapers talking about aliens and UFOs. I flinched when a middle aged man walked towards me.
"Oh, my God. You're arrival number three." Elliot chortled as he inched closer to me. He was holding a bowl of cereal, and almost dropped it when he caught sight of me.
I took a few steps back, concerned about the man that's intruding into my personal space.
What kind of people is Five hanging out with?
"Give my girlfriend some space, will you?" Five warned as he poured himself a cup of coffee.
"Uh, too soon." I shook my head.
"Give my soon-to-be girlfriend some space, will you?" Five said again, this time correcting himself.
"Sorry, sorry, the lady needs her space." He backed away a couple of feet. But his eyes were still twinkling as he stared at me in awe.
"So you're the special one he was talking about." Elliot said. I gave him a puzzled look while Five choked on his coffee.
"What?" I lifted a brow, facing Five.
"I don't know what he's talking about." Five quickly replied as he wiped the excess coffee from his chin. I obviously didn't believe him. He was always bad at lying when it comes to me.
"What, um, what are your powers?" Elliot questioned.
"Uh, well, I can create things." I answered, hesitantly. Elliot seemed to shine even brighter. "Here, I'll show you." I created some fireworks. Elliot stared at my palm in amazement.
"What else can you do?" He asked.
"I have my ghost bitch, Echo. He's basically my other half, and is also the source of my powers. During my stay here, I learned a lot of things that I hadn't known about before." I explained.
"You did? Like what?" Five questioned as he walked towards me. I activated my powers, the blue covering my entire body. Soon, it faded away and a small cat appeared.
"You can shapeshift?" Five asked, astonished. I turned back into my normal self, my normal uniform suddenly was back on.
"It makes a lot of sense. If Echo can shapeshift, why can't I? Though it is bothersome since it takes away a lot of my energy." I explained, nodding my head.
"Amazing." Five and Elliot both complimented. I smiled bashfully, feeling flattered. I turned around and noticed a bunch of photos pinned on a bulletin board.
"Elliot, did you develop these photos yourself?" I asked, peering into the magnifying glass to get a better look at them. Five came over and took a look too. I saw that these were photos of my siblings, most likely confused when they got dumped here.
