You're the One

-11- The Pre-party

On the day of the party Felix, Jisung, I.N and Hyunjin claimed the biggest bathroom as off limits to the other band members and had a pre-party while getting ready. It was a lovely symphony of disorganization, laughter and beauty products. The boys blasted the room with music on their Bluetooth speaker, constantly arguing about what song to play next. The last round had been won by Jisung and Felix, because they had teamed up, so now they were howling out the lyrics to "I'm so excited".

"Tonight's the night we're gonna make it happen
Tonight we'll put all other things aside
Give in this time and show me some affeeeeeection"

At this point they both tried to kiss Hyunji who jumped back with a disgusted look on his face. He threatened to spray them with hair spray, and I.N couldn't stop laughing.

After trying on many, many different outfits, and quite a bit of friendly teasing, they had all more or less decided on what they were going to wear. There were still jewellery and different add ons to consider. Felix had used the shortest time, going for those ripped jeans and the see through shirt. He combined it with a belt with chains and a thin leather collar.

Jisung also wore ripped jeans, but with an oversized t-shirt from an American hip hop group he had listened to a lot lately. Hyunji, being dramatic as always, opted for an all white attire from Celine, that made him look like an angel. A very, sexy angel that would fill even the purest of heart with sinful thoughts.

That left I.N who was ordered to change again and again as the three others made him try out different cute outfits. "Enough! Just decide what I'm going to wear already." The maknae was getting irritated. "Just one more," Hyunji begged. "OK, but you better get me beer at the party" I.N haggled. "Sure. Try on this pink sweater, will you?"

"Dude, Chan is going to kill you" Jisung said to the tallest. "Oh, I think he has something else on his mind these days." Hyunji just shrugged as he started to do I.N's hair for him. "Or what do you think, Felix?" The prince of Stray kids smirked knowingly. "I don't know what you're talking about" the younger said slightly panicking. "All right, then. Keep your secrets."

They did their make up to varying degree, with Felix and Hyunji using the longest time and the most products. The Aussie made sure that each and every freckle on his face was hidden completely. His skin looked so "perfect" it might have been photoshopped. I.N put on "Euphoria" and they all sang along. Felix wondered if he could be brave enough to say something like that to Chan on day. "Take my hands now. You are the cause of my euphoria."

Jisung was dancing with I.N in their limited space, stepping on rejected garments and knocking over shampoo bottles. Felix sure wouldn't mind sharing a euphoric high with Chan. Just the though of it made him a bit flustered. Damn those hormones! Chan had agreed to going back to being friendly, and it was a huge comfort that they could start acting more normal around each other. Maybe he should let things stabilize a bit, before he tried to push Chan any further?

They ended their pre-party by getting hyped to "Back in black", and spilled into the living room where the other four were patiently waiting. "Perfect timing. The car is here" Chan smiled to them. "Only because you asked it to be here 30 minutes later then you told them," Seungmin stated dryly. "Hey, Seungmin. Stop acting like an old man – we're going to a party!" Minho had the biggest grin on his face while looking at Jisung – adorable and hyped up like a squirrel on speed.

"There's nothing wrong with older men. It think everyone should get one, "Jisung raised his eyebrow and nudged Felix. He almost choked on air, before he stared daggers at his best friend. "Oh, I think tonight is going to be very interesting", Changbin snickered.

Little did they know that this party would start a series of events that would change Stray Kids forever.
