While Felix was getting ready, Chan shared the new tracks with Changbin and Jisung so they could keep working on them. Then they left for the small, romantic cafe Chan had wanted to take Felix to the day before. Felix was still wearing make up, but he hadn't used his full coverage foundation. It pleased Chan to see that his boyfriend felt comfortable enough to go lighter on the make up now. It would always be Felix' choice, but Chan wanted Felix to see it as that – a choice, not a necessity. Both of them kept touching each other throughout the meal. They held hands or rested a hand on a thigh or a knee. Most of the time it was touches of affection, but every now and then Chan touched Felix just to make sure it was all real. And Felix would turn on his million-watt smile and Chan would just melt under the rays of his own, personal sunshine.

After they had finished their brekki Felix was practically skipping along the side walk. "So what are we doing today? Oh, can we have brunch with Ji and Minho?" Chan smiled because of Felix' enthusiasm, even though Felix could only see his eyes because of the face mask. "Jisung is busy with the tracks I made. He doesn't have the time, and I don't want Minho third wheeling us." Felix pouted behind his own face mask and Chan had no trouble picking up on it. "Pretty please?" They young Aussie tilted his head and made puppy eyes. When Chan rejected his proposal once again with a shake of his head, Felix whined. "What's the point of being the boyfriend of Stray Kid's leader if I can't make him give my best friend some time off to eat?" Chan rolled his eyes and grabbed Felix by the hand. With a swift movement he had pulled Felix towards him, and made him swirl so his back was now against the nearest building. Then he stepped forward, pushing Felix backward with his body. Chan controlled it perfectly so Felix' impact with the wall was felt, but not painful. He followed through so he was pinning Felix to the spot with his own body.

Everything had happened so fast. Felix could feel the wall behind him and Chan's hard body pressing into his front, capturing him. "Maybe I want you on my own, little one. Did you consider that?" Chan's voice was dark and lazy, but his eyes were burning. It turned Felix on at once. Damn, his boyfriend was hot. "Well, when you phrase it like that..." Felix licked his lips in nervous anticipation. Chan stepped away from him just as sudden as he had pushed him into the wall. "Too late. I'll call Jisung right now and tell him he's off the hook for lunch. Everybody needs to eat, right?" Felix could not believe his ears. "What? Nooo!" Chan kept walking backwards while he fished his cellphone out of his pocket. Felix pushed himself off the wall and went after him. "Oh, come on Chris!" But Chan just giggled as Jisung picked up the phone. "Hi, Ji. Felix is dying to have brunch with you and Minho today and I think the tracks can wait a little longer. Can you ask Minho to find a place for the four of us and text me the details? Thanks. See you later." Chan hung up and put his phone away.

"Hmpf." Felix made a huff before he hit Chan in the arm with quite some force. "Aish," Chan exclaimed but he couldn't help himself and started to laugh. "You deserved it, you tease!" Felix was sulking now. "Aawww. Is my baby sad? Sad because he got what he wanted?" Chan teased. "I want you." Felix answered, a note of seriousness creeping into his voice. It rubbed off on Chan who grabbed Felix' small hand in his. "And you have me. You'll always have me, Lixi."

Between breakfast and brunch they walked around town aimlessly. The point was to be together, so it didn't really matter where they went. They window shopped and popped into any store that made Felix curious. Chan payed attention to what caught Felix' eyes, especially if the younger looked interested until he saw the price tag. Chan wasn't much of a shopper, but he didn't complain whenever Felix wanted him to try something on – usually something other than black.

In an unspoken agreement they kept on the move, to minimize the risk of being recognized. It was practically a habit for all the members now, so they didn't think much of it. But when they were about to walk past a place with escape rooms, Chan pulled Felix to a stop. "Oh, have you ever tried one of these? They look like so much fun!" The blue haired stared through the window to see what kind of themes the venue offered. "Yeah, I have actually. You get an hour to find all the clues and solve the puzzles and get out. It's a lot of fun." Felix couldn't help but smile seeing how curious his boyfriend was. Chan could be both childish and a super serious grown up, and the duality was endearing. "Can we try? Now?" Chan asked and Felix chuckled at his hopeful tone. "Sure we can. We're just two players but they probably have a room that is suitable for just two. I'll give you a crash course of tactics when we're inside. Let's go."
