i am woken up by the feel of kate rubbing her eyes still lying on my chest.

"good morning kit kat" i say in my morning voice.

"good morning y/n/n (your nickname). god i thought you accent was hot but in the morning is 100 times better. wheres it from?"

"a mix of sokovian and russian." i answer kates question. i hear my door open and nathaniel runs in,

"its christmas, get up!" he shouts and runs out. kate is still lying on top of me with her legs between mine and her head turns to look up at me , their arms are all over the place whilst mine are around her.

"im comfy i dont want to get up." kate says to me cutely.

"me too but its christmas." i say to the cute face looking at me. my dad walks past my room and sees me and kate in my bed because nathaniel didn't close my door that little shit. clint walks in and i tap Kate on her back and she turns her head to face my door.

"i thought i said no funny business you girls." my dad jokes to us.

"were not doing anything," i say back to my dad.

"get up you two," he says before leaving the room. he didnt close the door so i decide to use my powers to close it not thinking. i lift kate up and plop her down next to me. i pull the cover off us both and hop out of bed kate does little grabby hands at me signaling she wants me to lift her up i lift her up,

"are we not just gonna talk about the fact that you just closed your door when i was lying ontop of you?" kate mentions to me as i slip on a hoodie.

"did i not mention that i have powers?" i reply.

"no we just stared into each others eyes last night and talked about how gay we both are." kate says and we both giggle at her comment. we walk downstairs to the living room and sit on the sofa, lucky following us and curling up on the floor.

"whos the new girlfriend?" lila ask.

"this is Kate shes dads archer buddy i don't know and shes not my girlfriend... yet" i respond, i cough the last bit making kate blush. me and kate sit snuggled up on the sofa together with a blanket over us whilst we drink hot chocolate. once kate and i finish our hot chocolate i notice a bit of whipped cream on the corner of her mouth, i wipe it off with my finger and lick the whipped cream off. we watch the everyone open their presetns they then give me my present and find one under the tree for kate. my mum got it the other day after dad told her kate was staying for christmas. we accept the presents i get some rings from lila. earings from nathaniel and cooper. Kate got a necklacke with a bow and arrow on she asks me to put it on her. she pulls her hair to the side so it doesnt get in my way i do up her necklace and she then snuggles back into me.

"nathaniel can you pas dad that present and give that one to mum please," i ask nathaniel because Kate is snuggled into me so i cant move. luckily nathaniel is feeling kind and does what i say. mum and dad open their present. i got dad some novelty socks, we get each other funny socks each year. i got my mum a spa ticket because she keeps complaning about the kids, i tell her i will watch them whilst her and dad go out even though its only nathaniel that needs looking after.

once we have finished exchanging gifts and have had breakfast me and kate go upstairs to get changed. we get into my room and i fall back onto my bed.

"can i show you something?" i ask Kate as i sit up

"yeah of course," kate replies grabbing her clothes out of her bag.

"get ready and wrap up warm because were going outside," i say to Kate as i watch her rummage through her bag. she gets everything she needs and goes to the bathroom to get ready. i get up and dressed into some comfy and warm clothes so i can show kate a really cute spot in the barn where i used to go all the time. After i get ready i head to the bathroom and wait outside for Kate to finish getting ready so that i can get ready. She opens the door and we exchange a smile before she walks into my room and i walk into the bathroom. I close the door and wash my face and brush my teeth.
