It was another day, the weather had been damp, the thick smell of the foggy rain hung evident in the air. The cloudburst had just calmed the raging raindrops, leaving a dull, broody sky as a mark before its departure. From the large, condensed window Shu could take in the orthodox aftermath of the weary weather; erratic traffic, angry horns and the isolated, drenched environment. Shu averted his eyes to glance at Lain, who was committedly performing numerous pull-ups, releasing low groans after every few.
Today, Shu had measured and recorded Lain's attributes such as flexibility, jumping power and other physical characteristics. The rapid improvement since the last fortnight when Shu last checked was astounding. During the test Shu had forbidden any distractions such as their little ... Deal from occurring, however, Lain lacked the need for it as he immaculately completed the requisites. The physical demand was tiring and relentless, no doubt, even an athlete would be drained after the multiple exercises, nevertheless Lain just began to continue with ordinary work-outs afterward.
Shu was perturbed by Lain's extreme work ethic. It wasn't good for his mental or physical health and would only succeed in making his muscles sore and heavy tomorrow.
"Lain," Shu called out, exasperated.
Lain raised his head and the tone and with a vexed scoff, he unleashed the bar from his iron clutch to prompt Shu into continuing.
"Let's end it here for today," Shu commanded, honestly hoping Lain simply abided.
"Why?! I'm fine!" Lain exclaimed, offended.
"No, you're not. You may feel fine but this will catch up with your body later," Shu reasoned, fortified by a tenacious stare.
"Stop treating me like a weakling!" Lain yelled in a abrupt moment of lashing.
"Lain, you and I both know that I don't think you're weak." Shu clarified calmly.
"Then stop it," Lain breathed.
"It's just a break, we will resume tomorrow," Shu argued but then ceased his futile attempts. "Do you recall the one condition I implemented?"
Lain groaned; a portrayal of ire and submission.
"Great, now follow me." Shu demanded whilst turning on his soft pink boots.
Before he could take any steps, stern fingers firmly grasped Shu's shoulders, pivoting him around so that his face was visible to Lain once again. Shu's eyes widened and as soon as the situation sinked in, he could feel his mouth being enveloped by Lain's. Shu's pupils shifted to glance warningly at the hands gripping him to signal him to recall the regulation. Lain's eyes narrowed at the display of authority Shu effortlessly upheld whilst being placed in the docile, vulnerable situation. Lain lowered his arms, them dangling awkwardly against his legs as they were in the middle of the room therefore there was no surface to lean them on.
Due to the loss of contact, Lain hardened his assault on Shu's lips. His face diving further in, tongue lapping at Shu's bottom lip roughly commanding entrance. Shu obeyed much to Lain's satisfaction. Lain dominated Shu's mouth; assertive and forceful. His tongue twisted, encircling Shu's before exploring the rest of the warm walls. Shu's back arched further to support the weight of Lain's slanted form, steadying his soles onto the floor firmly. Lain perceived the change yet paid no heed to it as Shu appeared just fine.
Hmmmm... Shu has a flexible back, Lain observed thoughtfully but hastily discarded it because why should he care about such trivial details.
Whilst Lain was distracted, Shu used the opportunity to part their lips and steady his breathing slightly. Lain snapped back to reality and realized the absence of proximity and sharply turned a questioning look at Shu.
