It depends on your circumstances. If you're particularly busy, make the updates less frequent.
But having a consistent schedule will gain you appreciation from the readers, which is why, if, for whatever reason, you one day cannot post according to this schedule you've established for yourself and your readers, I advise you to warn them beforehand! That way, they won't be too disappointed and you'll still be keeping that organised way of sorting things out.
