One of Y/N's E/C (Eye coloured) eyes popped open.
She sat up and took in her surroundings. Then all of a sudden, last nights event came back to her. Y/N's fists clenched in frustration, not only did Tartaglia manage to take the Fatui Agent with him, but he also denied to fight her.
'Come and fight me when you're at your best. Ha! What a pretentious douche bag.' The girl thought bitterly to herself.
How on Earth was she meant to find him so they could fight? Did he expect her to know his daily schedule?
This just meant that she would have to take on a commission where some sort of Fatui agent was involved. That way, she would be able to threaten them for information on where the Harbinger was.
Y/N smiled a little when she noticed that the bag of goods the Fatui agent had stolen was still there. She stood up, wincing in pain. Her body was aching all over, agonized from the events of yesterday. The E/C eyed girl sighed, knowing that she would be ready to fall to the floor once she returned to Liyue Harbour.
'No rest for the wicked.' She thought to herself, despite the fact that she had just rested for hours. Y/N gathered up what little things she had brought with her and made sure that the merchants items were safe.
The merchant gave Y/N a generous amount of mora, which was just a fraction of the worth of the items she had returned to him, but she was happy nonetheless.
Y/N decided to take a week off commissions, she knew she needed time to rest and heal before going to track down Tartaglia.
Once her week was up, she was off.
The girl made a beeline for Katheryne.
"Hello Y/N! So you finally heeded my advice and took a week off. You really needed it, you were ploughing through nearly all the commissions! There was barely any left for other adventurers. Its good to see you're ok."
Y/N gave Katheryne a genuine smile, "Thanks Katheryne, today is quite important, so I needed time to rest up."
The woman behind the counter raised her eyebrow slightly, "What are you planning on doing today?" She asked, expecting Y/N to say she was going to take on even more commissions than she ever did, however that wasn't the case.
"Well, first I need to know if you have any commissions today involving any Fatui agents?"
Immediately Katheryne knew what was going on.
"Y/N are you going after Tartaglia?"
Judging by the way the girls happy smile faded and by the way her eyes widened, Katheryne knew she was right.
Worry rooted itself deep in her gut. She knew Y/N hated Tartaglia. Who wouldn't after he killed two people, in cold blood, in front of her? Kartheryne could see both sides of the situation, because she knew Y/N wanted nothing more than revenge, but then on the other hand she didn't want the girl to get hurt. She wouldn't be fighting a normal treasure hoarder or hilichurl.
Y/N would be fighting the eleventh Fatui Harbinger.
"Y/N please don't do this, there's other wa-"
"Katheryne, please don't. I know its dangerous, I'm fully aware, but I can't keep living like this. Not while he's just out there, walking free. So please, just give me a commission that involves a Fatui agent of sorts."
Katheryne sighed, knowing by the twinkling shine of determination in Y/N's eyes, that there was no way of talking her out of it. She took out the sheet with the daily commissions and quickly scanned over it.
"Apparently two Fatui agents were seen on their way to the Golden House, 8 hours ago."
Y/N nodded, "Ok thank you Katherine, I'll be going now, bye!"
"Bye Y/N, stay safe."
And with that said, Y/N began on the path to the Golden House.
