Y/N POV:

"I hope you know how mortifying that was!" I whisper scream in his face. Unlike some people, I know how thin these walls are.

"What?" He shoots back.

"You cannot just go and harass him like that!" I continue.

"I can do whatever I want to him! He fuc-"

"AH AH AH." I cut him off.

"You know what he did." He glares.

"Yeah, I'm very aware." I say rudely.

He makes a disgusted face, "You can't date him."

"Oh, really? I'd like to speak with your manager." I say.

He scoffs, "You can't date him."

"MOM!" I yell.

He puts a hand over my mouth. "Stop!"

I raise my eyebrows in a sassy motion, "Sorry Mom, false alarm."

"You're acting five." He shoots.

"And you're acting forty! You aren't my dad!" I argue.

"I- just- I don't like this!" He whines, "You and Jeremiah-" He fake gags, "I don't like this."

"Why do you hate it so much?" I ask.

"Cause, he's my best friend. And you're my little sister. It weird." He says calmly.

I sigh, "I'm not gonna not date him."

"I know." He looks down sadly.

"But, is there a compromise we can make so it's less awkward?" I add.

"No having s-"

"AH AH AH!" I cut him off again. "NO S WORD."

"Fine," He scoffs, "No doing that, no ooey gooey in the same room as me, no kissing, no hugging, no holding hands, no looking, no talking, no-"

"Steven." I snap him back to reality.

"Just, don't be ew." He whines.

I put a hand over my heart and one in the air, "I swear not to be ew with Jere."

We laugh a little.

"Now seriously, stop giving him a hard time." I drop into a serious expression and leave his room.
