Kenji Futakuchi x Reader

Monday

"Hey what's up?" you turned around to see Kenji come up and wrap his arms around you. "Good morning."

"Heyyy." you replied back. You suddenly looked down when you felt your phone vibrate.

"good morning beautiful" it read.

"Who's that from?" Kenji asked taking a seat next to you.

"Rin. I still have that date with him this Saturday, remember?" you reminded Kenji.

"Oh, yeah." Kenji paused. "What are you going to do? You can't date both of us."

"I think ima try to make it go as bad as possible." you told him. You stared at Kenji waiting for his response, but all he did was roll his eyes and said he was going to get breakfast real quick.

"good morning, rinrin" you replied back.

"how are you?" he quickly replied

"good, a little tired but good. hbu?"

"tired."
"anyways just checking on you, got to get to football now. see yaaa 😘"

"aight have fun ttyl ✌️😘"

"They have shitty breakfast as per usual." Kenji complained as soon as he got back. "I just like the orange juice, orange juice be bussin." You gave Kenji a look of disapproval. "No? It don't be bussin?"

"Yes, but please don't say that. You sound stupid." you told him.

"You sound like my mom, bro."

"I'll be your Mommy." you told him seductively. He scrunched up his nose in confusion at first and then made direct eye contact and leaned in closer.

"yes, ma'am." He whispered into your ear and pulled away with a smirk. Even if it wasn't anything inappropriate, his breath on your neck still managed to send chills down your spine as he gently placed his hand on your thigh.

you looked at him with widened eyes whilst trying not to be obvious about it. just as quickly as it had happened, he removed his hand and acted innocent again, asking you about homework and notes.

   the rest of the day went about as normal. nothing unusual happened much to your surprise. you went to volleyball practice and kenji went to football practice. y'all's practice ended around the same time (5:30 more or less). you then look down as you feel your phone vibrate. it was from kenji.

   "you wanna get something to eat after practice?"

   you immediately respond without even thinking.

   "yessss!!"

   you and kenji then meet up after y'all's practice. "hey, stink." he says as he sees you and pulls you into a hug. you noticed he was still fully dressed and didn't appear to be sweaty or tired. "we were watching film." he explains as he notices you confused.

   "oh..." you respond as you hug him back. "so what are we gonna eat?" you ask as you look up at him. he just stares at you for a few moments before flicking your forehead.

   "idk, what should we eat?" he then thinks for a few moments. "mcdonald's?" he asks. "and then we can like go to the park and eat... or eat in the car?" he suggests.

   you then look back up at him excitedly, "yessss, that sounds funnnn!!"

   you and him then get to his car and he opens the passenger door for you. "thank you, sir." you tell him as you get in. you then make some small talk as he asks you about how your day was and then you listen to him shit talk his team, especially kogane.  you then get to mcdonald's and he gets you your usual order. after he goes to the park and you two have a car date inside the car. yall eat, talk, and jam out to the music as it gradually gets dark outside.
