"Mooooom." You groaned from the passenger seat of you mom's car. "I don't want to go to Date Tech. I love Johzenji."
"I know you do, y/n, but Date Tech is way closer." Your mom tried explaining to you for the millionth time that day.
"Plus, I have amazing friends here at Johzenji." You whined to your mom, trying to convince her to let you stay.
"Honey, all of you friends are guys."
"And...?"
"And... nothing. It's just that I think you should start making more friends that are girls." Your mom told you. "Friends you can gossip with and talk about boys. Friends who you can go shopping with and help you dress up to go to parties."
"But I do have friends I can do all that with." You replied, mostly talking about you bestest friend ever, Terushima who you've been friends since you guys were like 2. "Teru gladly does all that with me."
"No, no, Teru is a great friend. And to be honest, he's great boyfriend material, really." Your mom responded.
"Mom, I don't like him in that way and he doesn't like me in that way either." You straightforwardly told her.
"Then who do you like out of all your guy friends? You have to atleast like one of them, right?" You mom inquired. "Do you like Rin (Numajiri)? Do you like Kaz (Bobata)? Or what about Mat (Futamata)? He's nice and respectful."
"Nooo, I don't like any of them that way." You defended yourself. "I don't want to go to Dateko." You pouted again after a few moments of silence.
"Well, that's just too bad."
