As Mario was arriving at Octo Canyon, he found Marie. But something was different. Pink slippers for some reason.
Marie: Heya. You've been busy, eating my cousin, huh?
Mario: Don't worry, I've saved some space for you next.
Marie: So I've got a question for ya.

Mario takes a step forward.
Mario: Shut the fuck up Marie! We both know what I'm here for, so why not just accept your fate.

Marie's eyes turn black again.

Marie pulls out her sniper that shot a laser beam, then some bones came flying at Mario, then a combo of dragon looking skulls (AKA, Gaster Blasters) shot more lasers. Mario was heavily unprepared for this and lost a lot of health.
HP: 7/92
Marie: Huh.
These powers I got from a short skeleton wearing a blue hoodie are more stronger than I thought.
I feel as if I can actually stop you.
Mario: Lucky shot.
Cue the music.
Mario feels like he's gonna have a bad time.
Marie
ATK: 28
DEF: 400
She doesn't want to forgive you for your actions, which is why she isn't the easiest enemy.
Mario attacks with a knife.
Mario dodges.
Marie: You actually thought I would just take it?
Marie sends bones flying at Mario, he dodges with ease.
Mario then heals by eating a plate of spaghetti.
HP: 92/92
Marie: Our reports show a massive anomaly in the timespace continuum.
Timelines jumping left and right, stopping and starting...
Mario: What timelines?
Marie sends a blue bone towards Mario. Due to him playing Undertale before, he knows he has to stay still to avoid being damaged. A normal bone trips him.
HP: 89/92
Mario attacks again.
Marie dodges the corresponding attack.
Marie: Until suddenly, everything ends.
