"We should kill him, Your Majesty."

"He is ominous."

"He killed two vampires with a snap of his fingers just after he was turned! The child does not belong to the pure lines, and despite this he has so much powers that even you great five kings could not have together."

"This is a bad indication, My Lord!"

"The kid is wretched!"

"Yes, My Lord. No one has ever been born with such powers and on top of that he belonged to that filthy human race."

"He should be killed!"

"Our lives are threatened!"

"He doesn't deserve to live!"

"He will destroy us one day, Your Majesty. Please take your decision. Finish him now!"

The king takes his step slowly and contemplatively towards his room. Taking in every view around him, he seemed not able to come across his decisions.

He opened the doors of his room, alarming an already alerted boy who sat by the edge of his bed. His face was hanging low as he fiddled with his fingers at an intense rate.

He was the same child whose death is the thirst of all these people. A young boy around nine years who is incriminated to kill two vampires right when he got turned into one of them; is something implausible to hear even in a world filled with filthy dark creatures.

But he knows there is this one possibility it can happen for real. And if it is true, then this child could be a destruction for them all before he would even understand what's happening with him at all.

The little looked up in his eyes, courageously yet fear evident in them. He hadn't learned to bow after the king so he stood straight, dauntless in his presence, glaring back into the dominating eyes without any misgivings.

His now crimson eyes were holding tears on their verge to fall, his hands trembling in extreme anxiety he never felt in his life before.

The King understood it all, the burning feelings one gets when turned into this new life. He knows this excruciating feeling but he cannot stop this. One has to go through it to become strong, and after that, it all becomes silent. So quiet, that you'll start craving to feel some.

Both the sides, but none is good.

Everything is extreme.

Being a vampire comes with a price.

The little was feeling like going through the worst nightmare, one that heightened all his senses beyond control. The fear inside him was similarly stronger to his anger. He didn't know if any of these feelings were genuine to get but nonetheless, one of them was the strongest of all.

"Are you going to kill me?"

Fear

"You are dead already."

The little scoffed, breathing heavily. "Sure then, you were the reason why it all happened."

"You heard the court, didn't you?"
