Chapter 19

(JoshPOV)
"Laura wait!" I yell but it was too late, she was gone.
"Damn it!" Why I'm I so always so blind to other people's feelings?! I spot her sitting on the bleachers behind the stage, probably crying. I prepare myself for the worst: she doesn't want to be friends anymore. I sit down next to her and wrap her in a hug.
"I'm so sorry, Laura. I-I didn't realize that that you felt that way." I mentally slap myself. This was coming out way cheesier then I meant it to.
"It's fine, I-I-" A fit of sobs makes her body shake.
"Love you?" I finish. Laura nods.
"I love you too." I smile, pulling her into another kiss. I wipe the tears off of her face.
"You ready for some AVICII?!" I yell, jumping off the bleachers. She laughs and follows me, taking my hand in hers.

"OH-H SOMETIMES I GET A GOOD FEELING, YEAH!" I scream along with the music. It was like Ultra Miami all over again.
"Hey REBEL!!" I turn to see Tristam and Bracken weaving their way through the crowd. It was almost impossible to hear them over Levels.
"What do you want?" I punch Tristam's shoulder playfully.
"I just wanted to say 'hi,' jeez!" He rolls his eyes.
"Oh good, you brought me something to drink." Howler grabs the water bottle from Tristam's hand and chugs it.
"What the hell!?" Tristam exclaims. She shoots him a cheeky smile then flies off.
"She owes me two dollars." He grumbles. I laugh.
"You can't trust anyone in these parts." Bracken says in a horrible Texan accent, causing us all to break out into a fit of laughter.

After Skrillex closed out the celebrity part of the show, Monstercat steps on stage.
"And now the moment you guys have all been waiting for... The winners of TBT!"
"YEAHHHH!" I yell with all my strength.
"THROTTLE AND INSAN3LIN3!"
"HA! I TOLD YOU, BUT YOU DIDN'T BELIEVE ME! NOOO YOU SAID BETTING ON THE OLDIES WAS A BAD IDEA, BUT LOOK WHO'S TALKING NOW. FORK IT OVER BITCHES!" What the hell Varien? I shake my head. He's insane.
