Timothy and I walked over the the podium. It was large, looked heavy. It was made of a dark wood that was decayed in some areas, filled with moss. The bottom of the podium was eaten up, that must have made it fall. Now, it laid in pieces.

On the top of the podium laid a book of some sort. "What's that?" I asked. I crawled over to the book and laid it on my lap. It was dusty and laid there for a long time. "You probably won't be able to tell what book that is, Eve. It's been there for too long," Timothy explained. Disregarding what he said, I opened the book. Unlike the cover, the pages were clean. They held together nicely and were readable. Timothy then crawled over to my side. "It's a Bible!" he said. I looked at him and smiled. "How is it not eaten up or anything? It looks brand new!" I exclaimed. I stared at it for quite some time before I put it in my bag. We then continued looking through the school.

As we continued looking through the school and each one of the rooms I couldn't help but feel like there was something watching Timothy and I. It was eerie. Walked to one of the doors that led to a school room. I went on my tippy toes, trying to look through the window of the door. That's when I saw the most terrifying thing I've every seen in my entire life. "Timothy," I whispered withdrawing from the door. "What?" He said. "Look," I told him pointing at the window. After he looked his face went white. We both then ran away into another class room, shutting the door. Timothy quickly locked the door.

The reader, I'm sure, is curious of what Timothy and I had seen in the room. What had been so freighting? When I looked in the room I saw about ten little kids, they seemed to be about eight years old. When they saw me peeping through the window they all blankly stared at me. There was a moment of plain staring. I'm sure the same thing happened when Timothy looked through the door as well.

I looked at Timothy. It seemed as if he had seen a ghost. Well, he did. "Do you think-" I began before I was interrupted. "Yeah. I believe in ghosts now." Timothy said. "I thought that this was a middle and high school?" I asked still in shock. "Yeah, me too." he said. "How are we going to escape?" I asked. "Window?" he suggested. I looked around. There were no windows. The only exit was through the door. "We can make a run for it?" I asked. "Lets just think about this," Timothy said cautiously.

We stayed in the room silently for five minutes before I finally stud up to look through the window of the door. I saw nothing. I then turned the door knob and cautiously walked through the door. That's when I saw the most shocking thing ever. The mystery was discovered.
