The Bunny Princess

Chapter 3

As Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Vertera walked toward the city, Vertera couldn't help but feel exhilarated by the sight of the towering skyscrapers in the distance. "Wow! This city is huge!" she exclaimed, overwhelmed by its grandeur. "You've never been to a city before, Vertera?" Knuckles asked. "No, I haven't," she replied, still in awe of her surroundings. "Well, you've come to the right place!" Sonic chimed in, grinning from ear to ear.

As they made their way into the city, someone called out Sonic's name, causing Vertera to turn her head in confusion. "Sonic!" the voice cried out again. "What was that?" Vertera asked, puzzled. "Someone called his name?" Knuckles explained. "I know who called my name," Sonic said, a smile spreading across his face.

Suddenly, a pink hedgehog with a red dress appeared out of nowhere and ran towards Sonic, embracing him in a gentle hug. "I've missed you so much, Sonic," the pink hedgehog said. "I've missed you too, Amy," Sonic replied. Vertera stood there awkwardly, unsure of what to do or say. "Ummm, hello?" she interjected, trying to break the ice. "Oh! Who are you?" Amy asked, noticing Vertera for the first time.

Sonic quickly introduced Vertera as their friend from another dimension who needed their help to get back home. "Oh no! That's terrible! Don't worry, Vertera, we'll help you get back home," Amy reassured her with a warm smile. "Thank you," Vertera said, relieved to have some much-needed support.

As they continued their journey through the city, they encountered Cream, a cute little peach bunny, and Cheese, her chao, running towards them. "Mr. Sonic!" the little girl's voice rang out. Vertera turned around to see the adorable duo, Cream and Cheese, running towards them. "Hey, Cream and Cheese!" Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Knuckles greeted them with open arms.

Cream and Cheese were thrilled to see their friends and hugged everyone tightly. "How are you two doing?" Amy asked. "We're doing great!" Cream replied, beaming with happiness. "Chao Chao!" Cheese added, waving his little arms excitedly.

Vertera was amazed by the adorable pair and tried to contain her excitement. "Cream and Cheese, this is Vertera the Rabbit," Sonic introduced her to his friends. "Her dimension is out of control, and we're helping her get back home." "Oh no! Poor Vertera," Cream said, hugging her tightly. "Chao chao," Cheese added, snuggling up to her arm.

"Thanks, guys," Vertera said, touched by their kindness. "Don't worry, we'll get you home safe and sound!" Sonic reassured her. She smiled happily, feeling grateful to have such wonderful friends by her side. "Thank you," she said, as they all walked towards Tails's house, ready to embark on their next adventure.
